spacious

This house was much more spacious than we expected. It looked fairly new and well built. We only stayed for two nights but it is the kind of house you could live in long term! We used it as a base to visit the Grand Canyon and as long as you are happy to drive that distance it is a great option. I would highly recommend it.

Cool getaway

We found this home to be very clean and comfortable. At 7100 feet it was also a welcome location for the summer. The home was well stocked and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The covered patio had great views of the meadow and mountains to the north. We spent much of our time outside to enjoy the weather. There are a few trails that lead from the subdivision back into the forest. The neighborhood was relatively quiet however there was a large residential construction project underway near by to the south that was somewhat noisey when they were working but otherwise nice. We liked the sound of the train whistles when they passed by in the distance. Bellemont is only about 7-10 minutes from Flagstaff and about 15 -20 minutes to Williams so is a great place to use as a base for exploring the area. Also is a good location for Route 66 history buffs to find the old "Mother Road" segments west of Flagstaff and in Bellemont. The subdivision has a nice park with a small lake and play area for kids. Our dogs also enjoyed staying at the home and exploring the area during hikes. We would have no issues choosing this home again for a vacation. Thank you to the owners who allowed our four legged family members to join us.

Great Vacation Home

This house is well appointed, with three full bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, family room with gas fireplace and TV, eat-in kitchen as well as a formal dining room and a sitting room, washer/dryer, and a two-car garage. The large spacious kitchen was clean and equipped with everything you could need to cook all of your meals. The washer and dryer are a great feature, especially if you are traveling for longer than a week. Whether you are in Arizona to visit the Grand Canyon, or go skiing, this house will work for you. We had no problems at the house at all, and the owner was very responsive. We will definitely rent here again when we come back.
