We loved Ron's place! It was perfect for our group of 4. The beds were comfy, the kitchen had everything you would need, and of course the all important coffee maker! Don't sit on the living room furniture, it's so comfortable you may never get up! I loved the yard too. The first day we were there, the weather was perfect, so I sat outside and drank my coffee listening to the birds and enjoying greenery. This home is in a friendly neighborhood and well located to everything you could need, Fred Meyers, the local grocery store is just a few minutes away as well as the mall and within a few minutes you are in the beautiful mountains of Alaska. Can't wait to visit again. Thanks Ron for a great place to stay and take in the Beauty of Alaska.

Amazing host and house close to downtown Anchorage
We loved our stay at Ron's place! This was such an unbelievable value for our family. Extremely spacious, clean, and comfortable, Ron has thought of everything and stocks his home incredibly well to meet any need his guests may have. We really felt like we were coming home each night we stayed here. I highly recommend this property!

Perfect for us.
This home was perfect for our trip. We had 3 kids with us on our trip and the home easily handled all 5 of us. Everything was very clean, which is important to us. We had another couple days at the end of a tour and tried to stay here again, but it was booked already. We would stay here again for sure.

I would definitely stay here again!
First impression was remarkable. The house is comfortable, inviting, clean and very up-to-date. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms large. We were in town for a wedding and with 4 girls in the house, having two baths really paid off. The location is close to a couple of major roads making it easy to get around town. Everything we needed for meal prep was available in the well-appointed kitchen. Our host made sure to check on us to ensure everything was perfect during our stay and was quick to respond when called. I would not hesitate to rent this home again.

It is cozy, warm, and open with lots of sun & glass. The large south-facing window is especially appreciated during Alaska's winter months.. The home is within walking/biking distance to the University of Alaska Anchorage campus and the UMed Center (Providence Hospital complex, API, etc.).
The home entry way provides immediate access going either up or down stairs. It has a heated single-car garage (lower floor with street entrance). The garage is suitable for a small-to-mid-sized SUV or intermediate sized car. A large fenced back yard is great for kids. Sorry, no pets.
