Perdido Grande is a low-density complex conveniently located off of Canal Road next to Phoenix on the Bay II and The Moorings. This unit is in Building One and faces the bay! This three bedroom condo has the luxury you are looking for, along with breathtaking sunrise and sunsets.

There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master bedroom suite has a King-sized bed, balcony access, and television. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, separate tub, and dual sinks. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and television. The second bathroom may be accessed via the hall or the second bedroom. The third bedroom has two twin-size beds. The third bathroom can be accessed via the third bedroom.

The kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/utensils to cook or bake a meal during your stay. There is plenty of space in the living and dining area to sit and relax! The sofa in the living area is a sleeper so the condo sleeps up to eight people! There is balcony access from the living area. Free WiFi is also provided throughout the condo.

The balcony is accessed via the master bedroom or the living area. There is a small electric grill for your convenience on the balcony. Sit out on this fourth-floor balcony and enjoy memorable sunrise and sunsets over the bay!

About The Area

Located on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico, Orange Beach offers miles of sugar-white sand beaches and access to the interior bays and bayous lying just north of Perdido Pass. Visitors can also enjoy a lengthy list of other attractions including Adventure Island, deep-sea fishing, Orange Beach Golf Center, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Waterville USA and The Wharf.

House Rules

The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. All guests shall abide by the Company's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. The responsible renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests under 21 years of age are welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Renter is liable for any damage to the property should damage occur during occupancy.

NO parking of boats, trailers or RV's onsite
