Best vacation ever!!
I traveled with my husband and 4 boys, We loved everything about the condo!! The location was great with restaurants and stores nearby. Thing I loved the most was the beach wasn't too crowed and we were there 4th of July weekend. I enjoyed how much space we had and that the condo was very clean!! Great stay at Broadmoor #1204!
The condo is very nice! The furnishings are attractive but comfortable. The unit was very clean when we arrived. The property manager and maintenance personnel saw to our every need. Since the complex is older, the building is close to the water which makes the trek from the condo to the beach shorter than with the newer condominium complexes. This luxury two bedroom, two bathroom condo located on the 12th floor at The Broadmoor in Orange Beach is soon to be your rental of choice. This two bedroom condo is about a half mile to the FloraBama and conveniently located on the beach.
Walk in and the kitchen is on your right. It is fully equipped for cooking or baking during your stay. There is a dining area with plenty of seating for your entire group. The room opens up with a wet bar, living area, and balcony access. The living area has a flat-screen television, free WiFi, and a sleeper sofa. The balcony overlooks the white, sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.
After you walk-in, to the left is a hallway. If you take a left from the hall, you will have the washer & dryer on your left and a full-size bathroom on your right with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and flat-screen television.
If you take a right down the hall, you will see the master bedroom suite. There are a walk-in shower, separate garden tub and dual sinks in the master bathroom. The master bedroom hosts a king-size bed, flat-screen television, and balcony access.
Enjoy the views from the master bedroom or living area! Come and enjoy the white, sandy beaches or the onsite amenities during your stay at Broadmoor.

All guests shall abide by the Company's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. The responsible renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests under 25 years of age are welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Renter is liable for any damage to the property should damage occur during occupancy.
Complex charges $40/parking pass purchased onsite only - only two vehicles allowed
No parking of RV's, Boats, trailers, etc.
