Inside, The Beach House mixes modern amenities with elegant island style and plenty of cottage charm - along with plenty of space for family and friends. Soothing colors keep you calm and relaxed, while perks like a sleek kitchen with stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops make you feel right at home.
Spend your beach days cooling off in the water, building sandcastles and shell hunting, and soaking up the sun before slipping back to The Beach House for a cold drink in the shade, a quick nap on the leather sectional, or some lunch in your own full kitchen. With a big, comfy sofa, a big screen TV and DVD player, wireless internet access, and a mix of beds (bunk to king-size), it's a beach cottage fit for all.
While The Beach House is a short drive (or walk) to local restaurants, shops, and attractions, the 3-story beach home still offers plenty of ways to relax and enjoy a beach getaway at the cottage. You can stock the fully equiped kitchen with snacks and groceries for meals, have a cup of coffee at the breakfast bar before heading out, or sit down at your dining table with a water view for a fresh-caught-fish dinner (prepped at your own fish-cleaning area outside). Even guests who like to stay out of the sand can enjoy waterfront views and great breezes from the spacious deck. At night, the crashing of the waves will lull you to sleep in the peaceful bedrooms - 2 with easy deck access and gulf views from bed!

A cool retreat after sunny beach days (or for rainy days inside), the living room is breezy yet cozy. Curl up on the leather sectional sofa, put together a puzzle on the coffee table, or flip on the big screen TV with cable channels and a DVD player when you want to stay inside for a bit.

Rich dark cabinets, stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, beach-perfect tile, and industrial-style lighting blend together perfectly in this open, fully equipped kitchen. There is plenty of counter space for prepping meals or having a buffet of beachy snacks, and the breakfast bar is the spot for coffee and a paper before your chartered fishing excursion.

At the 8-person glass dining table, there is space for a low-country boil, a fresh-caught-fish dinner, or a big breakfast before a full day at the beach. On rainy beach days, make it your game-night hub, where you can play board games and card games or set out a craft station for the kids.

These calm, fresh spaces feature beachy hues - soothing yellow, seafoam green, and cool blue - for retreats you really want to slip away to at night. Two bedrooms (1 with 2 queen-size beds, another with 2 twin beds) are located on the main level with the living room and kitchen. Upstairs, find 4 more bedrooms (1 with a queen-size bed, 2 with 1 king-size bed each, and 1 with 2 bunk beds). Each bedroom even has its own TV, so you can flip it on for some late-night shows before drifting off at night.

Shopping areas are less than 5 minutes away, and neighboring towns of Foley, Fairhope, Pensacola, and Gulf Shores add to the lineup of restaurants, shops, and family fun. Trip Insurance: Variable Based on Rate
In order to be guaranteed a refund, a guest must cancel a reservation more than 5 months in advance. In this case, the Reservation Fee and Trip Insurance (if applicable) will not be refunded. We will not issue refunds or credits due to any weather-related travel conditions and or acts of god that may hinder one’s trip. This is why we offer Trip Insurance.
If a guest chooses to cancel their reservation within the time guidelines listed above and has not purchased the Trip Insurance, the only way we will issue a refund is if the guest’s cabin is rebooked for the same dates. If we can rebook the property for the original dates, a refund of the amount for which it was rebooked minus the reservation fee will be issued to the card on file on the reservation. The reservation fee is never refunded. If the dates for that cabin do not rebook, a refund will not be issued.
If a guest chooses to cancel their reservation within the time guidelines listed above and has purchased the Trip Insurance offered through Red Sky the guest must first cancel their reservation with us. After that, the guest can file a claim through Red Sky for a refund. If Red Sky approves the claim, the refund is issued from Red Sky. If Red Sky denies the claim, the guest falls under the standard cancellation policy.
