Doral 1206 is a luxurious, beautifully decorated and furnished, three bedroom and two and one-half bathroom condo, featuring a gorgeous master bedroom suite, and impressive views of the Gulf of Mexico. A large, fully tiled balcony offers generous seating so you can enjoy the views that extend for miles and miles. You can relax out here at any time of the day or night. Enjoy fresh air while you watch people play on the beach and boats glide through the water. Keep a sharp eye on the water, as many of our guests report daily dolphin sightings. Plus, you can observe spectacular sunsets as your day winds down. After a day of fun in the sun, relax in the comfortably furnished living area to enjoy a big flat screen television and a DVD player. Your gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a flat top range, plenty of cookware, and granite countertops. In the morning gather round at the breakfast counter where there are two stools, or at the dining table that seats six. Your lavish beachfront master bedroom suite features a luxurious king-size bed, a flat screen television, an armchair, and access to your beachfront balcony. The private bathroom offers a vanity sink, and a combined bathtub and shower. The first guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and a flat screen television. The second guest bedroom features a pair of twin-size beds, plus a television. A full, shared bathroom featuring a sink, vanity counter and a tub and shower combination is accessible from the main hallway, and an additional half-bath is located near the entry way. For your convenience there are two quality restaurants on The Beach Club grounds. The Coast Restaurant provides exquisite fine dining, offering steaks, seafood, and pasta by Chef Brody Olive. The Village Hideaway is ideal for casual meals, with salads, sandwiches, and desserts. There are also many opportunities to shop nearby, from specialty boutiques to our local Tanger Outlet Center, and our area is also known for a wide variety of antique stores. Enjoy fabulous food at dozens of restaurants that serve everything from seafood to steak to barbecue, that are mere minutes away from your vacation home. Nationally ranked golf courses, such as Kiva Dunes and the Peninsula are just minutes away. For family golfing fun, there are several mini golf options just a short 15 minute drive back to Gulf Shores. The Beach Club has complimentary pool and beach access to all guests of the resort. Spectrum Resorts runs a special amenities program that requires daily or multiple day ticket purchases with the cost starting at $36 per day, per unit, for full access to the fitness center, indoor (heated) and outdoor pools, the Tiki bar, and the tennis courts. We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes. However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older to reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We have no exception to this policy.
