Within minutes, you will find Tacky Jacks Fort Morgan and The Beach Club's restaurants as well. Kiva Dunes, a world-class golf course, is onsite.
Walk-in and you are in the kitchen. It is stocked with all the pots and pans you need to cook or bake with during your vacation. Past the kitchen, you have a dining area and living area with flat-screen television. Free WiFi is available throughout. There is a small, private balcony off the living area where you can sit out and relax and feel the salt air. The beach and more amenities are right outside the door.
To the left is a bedroom with a queen-size bed. There is also a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. As you go down the hall, the master bedroom is also on the left with an attached full bathroom with tub/shower combination and a flat-screen television. The living-room sofa is a sleeper, so the condo will sleep up to six people.

The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. All guests shall abide by the Company's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. The responsible renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests under 21 years of age are welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Renter is liable for any damage to the property should damage occur during occupancy.
There is no fee for parking, but every vehicle is required to register at the security gate upon arrival. Please bring your reservation information to provide to the security guard, you will be asked to fill out a vehicle registration form before entering the premise.
