It is a wonderful place! So quiet and so easy.
We loved staying at LaBrisa. It was the right location and just perfect for us to get away. We will come back again! We truly loved it!! We are already looking at our calendar to return!The property was very clean and well maintained. Lots of kitchen items and tons of kitchen towels too! :) The property and the location will bring us back for sure! Gulf Shores and Foley was great for restaurants too! Walmart was very. In fact everything you could ever want was very close even though you felt like you were a 100 miles away from life. Thank you!

Very nice place
The condo is great and the view is very nice. The 10am checkout time seems unreasonably early but that may be standard. It is a bit of a walk to the beach but it is a nice walk across the dunes.

Great stay
This was a great place for our family. The description is not enough. The furnishings were in good shape and we all had fun. View to beach makes for a good Christmas picture for this year. Complex was quiet even with a lot of people. Kitchen was great. Everything we could have needed was there. Washer dryer and other applianes were in good shape and worked perfect. Beds were all comfortable. I think the owners are too humble about how nice the unit is. The extra books to read and movies were a great touch. Harris mgmt was great on being organized and even called to check on our stay. Only negative is being about 15 minutes from the activity/restaurants in Gulf Shores. This was not a big deal but my DW thought it was a little far.

Hidden Gem
This was our 2nd fall break at La Brisa. It was an excellent vacation for the family just like last year. The owners made it an even more enjoyable stay with the addition of a huge, brand new refrigerator, new flat screen TV, and new ice maker. The other furnishings were comfortable and stylish (not dated) as before. We liked to eat our meals outside on the huge deck with nice view of the ocean. The people and fun at Martinique were so enjoyable, that we decided not to drive into town for the Shrimp Festival, but have heard good things about the food and entertainment. All in all, you can't miss with La Brisa for a vacation with your family. Buy lots of food and supplies before you arrive, and plan to just enjoy the quality time together. You can tell the owners wnat to accomodate your needs.......

Great Place to Stay...
Even though our trip to Gulf Shores was necessitated by a family funeral, our stay at La Brisa was a bright spot. The location was great, and the condo itself was wonderful. Everything was clean, the amenities were more than expected, and view of the Gulf was impressive. I would definitely recommend La Brisa to anyone.
