I stay at several condos each summer but this is my first at gulfside. Great set up with big pool in courtyard. Unit had 2 balconies with good views of beach and pool. Upstairs bathrooms could use some updating, but rest of condo was clean and modern. Would stay again for sure

RECENT UPDATES - THROUGHOUT - New bathrooms/furnishing
Beautiful two-story townhome on West Beach. Gulfside Townhomes is only a half mile away from the center of town and directly on the beach! Primelocation within walking distance to restaurants & local attractions. Low density complex with a total of 40 units.
Gulfside Townhome 30 is 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom and accommodates 6 comfortably. New 'CubieBlue' USB charging alarm clocks in both bedrooms, with Blutooth speaker unit in twin bedroom too!
Recent updates include new couch and loveseat (Dec'16)! Upstairs bathrooms have ALL newly installed marble showers, new oiled bronze hardware, new tile, paint, vanities, toilets (May'17). Half bath also updated with granite, all new hardware, wall vanity also. *more photos coming soon*
Private covered parking for up to 2 cars directly under the unit ($12/veh). This vacation rental has two private balconies that offer views that overlook the courtyard, sugar white sand, emerald gulf water and pool area.

Full kitchen with new Stainless D/W & microwave. All appliances including ice maker. Unit is fully tiled in all areas but large bedrooms. Condo has 3 Flat Screen Cable TVs (incl new 50" HD Flat Screen in Living Room), 3 DVDs (2 Blueray), VCR and a Bluetooth Ion Flash Cube speaker.
