Beware of thermostat
Be aware that the thermostat is locked on this rental and it wasn’t disclosed to us anywhere or on the advertisements anywhere. The floor is very dirty and we found trash outside on the balcony in plain sight also there was chips under the chairs in the living room , there was dried and moldy food on many of the pots and pans, we didn’t use any of them. The outdoor furniture on the balcony has mold all over it. The key to the door didnt work without a lot of jimming it around. We brought the thermostat issue to the attention of the property management and were told sorry that’s the way it is! I think this is something that needs to be disclosed before someone spends $2000 on a rental, so they can decide up front if they agree with that
