Enjoy the many updates throughout including custom crown moulding, granite slab kitchen counter, keurig single cup coffee maker, travertine marble in both bathrooms, flat screen HDTVs - each with Blu ray player - in the living room (47") and in both bedrooms (42"), and with custom crown moulding throughout. The living room seating was recently replaced and offers a comfortable sofa and recliner to sit back and relax after a day at the beach.
The spacious master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, TV, and direct access to the balcony.
Enjoy the spectacular views of the private pool, the beach, and the gulf from your very own balcony of this gulf front 2BR/2BA, 2nd floor level condo on scenic East Beach. There are only 36 units in the entire building. Stores, shopping, and restaurants are just minutes away. The Hangout restaurant and the Pink Pony Pub are only a short walk up the beach. Condo has FREE Wi-Fi so don't forget your laptop!
Unique gulf front pool with fountain is both outside and covered area under the building by seating and tables. Rest room available poolside also. Outside lounge seating poolside and covered seating/table areas available too.

Guests may cancel their reservation up to thirty (30) days prior to the first day of your stay and receive a full refund. All other cancellations will result in the loss of your booking deposit plus any pre-payments. These funds will be held for lost rent unless the rental unit is rebooked for the same rental period & rental amount (and payment of the new rental has cleared), then only loss of booking deposit will occur. Monthly rental requires 90 days cancellation notice prior to arrival/check-in date. A $39 cancellation fee applies to any cancellation.
The prepayment to reserve is $200, and final payment is due 30 days prior to check-in.
