The beach access is across a 2-lane street with 100' of beach. Great lagoon view from master & living area plus view of Gulf from 2nd bedroom. New furnishings in master bedroom & living area include new queen mattresses in both bedrooms & new sleep sofa plus a new TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops & re-faced cabinets, brand new smooth-top stove, dishwasher, new deluxe refrigerator with ice maker, microwave & stack washer/dryer, plus it has a pantry. The master has a private bath, TV & there is a hall bath convenient to the second bedroom & living area. The complex has large pool with cabana, hot tub, kiddie pool, 2 lit newly-resurfaced tennis courts, boat launch ($10 fee), 2 fishing piers, one has slips to tie up your boat, 2 BBQ areas & fish cleaning station. The elevator is convenient, but far enough to avoid any noise. Maximum occupancy is 6 people. Minimum rental is 3 nights or weekly in the summer (Saturday to Saturday.) $20 parking pass/per vehicle, is required - purchased directly from the complex by cash after arrival. Do Not Mail any Money without receiving a reservation form from us first with our Orange Beach address. If you want to pay with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover) call me with your information. WEEKLY ONLY SATURDAY TO SATURDAY

Mobile & Pensacola airports are approx 1 to 1 1/2 hours away.
