We was in the Skorpios apartment for two weeks, from July 29 to august 12, 2012 The house is very nice, recently built, with fine finishes and top quality. Is located just outside the city of Nidri, in a raised and peaceful position, Surrounded by olive trees in a wonderful environment and a great view on the islands and Nidri bay. The pool is always accessible and there are finest sunbeds and parasols always available. There's also pool for kids and a whirlpool. The kitchen is large and well equipped with: dishwasher, microwave, toaster, mixer, coffee machine, induction hob and a very large fridge. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, there is also an alarm system. The 2 bedrooms are spacious, with balcony and big wardrobes. There are two spacious bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath). There is also a washing machine. Beside the house there is an arbour with tables and grill, where dine al fresco. However, the apartment has a large balcony where dine and have breakfast as well. Cleanliness is Excellent. Every day the garbage is taken away, beds redone and floor cleaned up. Every three days bed linen and towels gets changed. The pool is cleaned every evening We had a great holiday, the owners are always available and friendly. They also helped us to dock (safe and free) our boat We hope to return again next year!

A new standard
My first trip to Greece was in 1970. We went by ferry to Myconos. When we arrived, we transferred into small boats and were brought to shore. We slept with locals who picked us up from the harbour. Lots of things have changed for the better. Greece now has a lot of nice apartments, but recently there is a new standard and it's called Princes' Islands Luxury residencies. I just say...next year again !
Left on 07/14/2014 for a stay in July 2014 We choose this place because some friends reccomend it. And we were not dissapointed. All the apartments are tastefully furnished and with all the amenities currently. Cleaning occurs daily, also the pool and the jacuzzi. But the view from the pool, is simply stunning, we could stay all day and just relax. Loved it !!!
Left on 08/15/2012 for a stay in July 2012 The whole family (my wife, 2 kids and me) stayed at the "scorpio" apartment in July 2012 for 8 days. I want to say a few things about the set up there. The apartment is everything that the brochure is referring to and much more. The apartment is really luxurious. The view is breathtaking. The amenities are all there. The sea is perfect. The island is so green with so many beaches and places to visit. Above all the Princes'Islands offered us everything that we needed. We all really had a perfect holiday. Our accommodation was such an wonderful dream!!!
Left on 09/07/2012 for a stay in July 2012 This July we were visited the Princes' Islands,we are staying,at apartment Sparti and we have a great time there... The view was fantastic and the apartment was Excellent!!!Everyday we were going swimming at the pool...!!! The pool was extraordinary and so clean...!!!The garden was wonderful and big with many plants and barbeque...!!! we have great time at the barbeque with Mr.Kyriakos who has the Princes' Islands and his family!!! They are so hospitality...Also the service was amazing,everyday we are having news and cleans towels...and a genteel lady was cleaning our apartment!!!The house was equipped with all we need!!!We believe that this place is ideal to do sb holidays!!! We feel like this apartment was our because we feel so comfortable!!!You should absolutely visit the Princes' Islands...!!! Better than any other hotel in the area
Left on 09/21/2013 for a stay in August 2013 Excellent residence , all new, very clean , spacious appartments , well mentained pools (2 pools with jacuzzi , one for each villa !!!) , great view over the bay, quite , all 10+ , good access from main road though not that good signalised , position not at the main road but not far from it . It's not worthing to take a hotel room or apt. if the alternative is such a villa. The luxury Residences , "Princes' Islands" have taken their name from the homonymous complex of islets laid out in front of them . These small evergreen islets are known as the Prinkipponisa ( the Princes' Islands ) .
There are four ( 4 ) independent Residences . The Residences named "Scorpios" , "Scorpidi" , "Sparti" and "Madouri" are each 100 sq m , with two bedrooms , two bathrooms , living/dining room , double sofa bed , fully equipped kitchen and big verandas.
All Residences are built, decorated, furnished and equipped to the highest standards. Verandas are spacious with dining and relaxing outdoor lounge furniture where you can also enjoy an uninterrupted fantastic view. Two large swimming pools (connected with gardens) with extra children pool, jacuzzi, sun beds and umbrellas, waiting for you to relax. You can sit by the pools of the complex or on the Residences' verandas and enjoy the view . Also you can enjoy outdoors meals, in the fully equipped BBQs with Pergola , tables , chairs, sofa etc .
We offer all the comforts and needs for today’s visitors. About The Area
These small evergreen islets are known as the Prinkiponnisia (Princes' Islands), the natural sea gulf and its surrounding areas, the green of the mountains that rise up behind the accommodation, the green and deep blue waters on which many small boats and yachts sail, the water sports on the beaches of Nidri and Perigiali, all of these combined make a totally unique area.
You can have a private visit in the islets by small boat that you can rent by the beach or by tour boats that depart daily from Nidri.
Nidri became known internationally through its acquaintance with Aristotle Onnassis and his island Scorpios. The resort offers the possibility for marine sports such as water skiing and parascending amongst the Pringkiponnisa.
Nidri during the summer period is perhaps the most live piece on Lefkada with the innumerable yachts that stop in his harbour, the endless restaurants and coffee bars.
Tourists from the all parts of world compose a polyplismic jigsaw.
From the harbour of Nidri there are small medium and large boats that will take you on a cruise around the Princes' Islands (Prinkiponnisa), to the well-known beaches Porto Katsiski and Egkremni, to Cephalonia and Ithaca and the cave of Papanikoli and Meganisi.
If you enjoy the adventure we recommend you rent a small boat from the beach in Nydri and explore the area of the Prigkiponisia, and discover the beautiful secluded bays.

Reservation and Booking policy:
All reservations will be processed with a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation amount.
Once we have received your deposit in our specified bank account we will send you a confirmation of your reservation via email to complete the process.
We will accept any cancellations up to 60 days prior to the arrival date with a full refund of your deposit. It is strict policy, no refund of your deposit for any cancellations after the 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Suitability
The Luxurious Residences with two double bedrooms named "Scorpios", "Scorpidi", "Madouri" and "Sparti".
Each one is 100 sq m (capable of accommodating from 4 to 7 guests), disposes two bathrooms, a comfortable and luxurious living room with double sofa bed and dinning area with fireplace, a modern kitchen fully equipped, a hall and three very big verantas, with furniture for dining and relaxing.
All spaces offer flat screen TV’s , A/C, as well as central heating, free Wi-Fi etc, makes the Residences ideal for families looking for relaxation and privacy.
Each Residence has a private, safe and individual burglar alarm.
The sea view, from all Residences, every room, verantas as well as all the other spaces of the complex is uninterrupted and panoramic of a 180°.
We offer all comforts of today’s needs to our guests.
Two large swimming pools which are connected with gardens, two Jacuzzis, sun beds and umbrellas are available for swimming and relaxing. You can sit by the pools of the complex or on the Residence's verandas and enjoy the amazing view and the sun rising.
Furthermore, you can enjoy outdoor meals at our two separately situated fully equipped BBQs under pergolas, with tables, chairs, sofas etc.
