Large secluded and secure garden with easy off road parking at the top of the long drive.
It has been owned by our family for over 100 years and retains many original features, with tasteful modernisation to make your stay comfortable and relaxing.
The house has superb views of surrounding countryside overlooking Tywyn and Cardigan Bay Within easy walking distance of Tywyn and the seafront.
Just 4 miles from picturesque Aberdyfi with its beautiful sandy beach,famous links golf course, restaurants and shops.
Spacious grounds and the surrounding hill farm provide further scope for adventure - with the farmers permission of course.
Sitting Room: There are two sitting rooms - an informal sitting room/hall with large comfy sofas and TV and a more formal sitting room with piano, games table & TV
TV and Music Facilities: TVs and DVD in both sitting rooms, portable TVs in two bedrooms, music systems with ipod cables in dining room and sitting room/Hall.
Heating/Open Fires: Open fires in both sitting rooms. Bedrooms: 1 King size with en-suite, 4 Doubles (1 with en-suite), 1 Twin, 1 Triple. Cot available. All bedrooms are on the first floor.
Kitchen: Kitchen with range cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer and additional large fridge and freezer by utility room if needed.
Linen: All bedding is provided. Tea towels are provided. Please remember to bring your own bath towels.
Bathrooms: Main en-suite with bath, WC and basin, 2nd en-suite with bath/shower and basin, Family bathroom with bath/shower, WC 2 additional WC's
Disabled Facilities: No specific facilities for wheelchairs, but access is possible through all doors. Wide staircase to first floor.
Children's Facilities: Cot and high chair available.
Outdoor Facilities: Lawns to the front and side of the house.
Swimming Pool: Large indoor pool in Tywyn local village, or the sea! Parking: Ample parking for cars
Telecom Facilities: Wifi available (£10 per week) and telephone
Smoking: Outside is preferred
Pets: Well-behaved pets are more than welcome.
