Villa "Cape Florida" is a luxurious, newly built villa and situated in the desirable South East part of Cape Coral, on the South Gulf Coast of Florida, in an area of luxury homes. It has 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms which have been professionally and tastefully interior designed with comfort and style in mind and is fully equipped with everything you need for a wonderful stay.
The 3 bedrooms, 1 king size and 2 queen size, have 42" and 32” flat screen tv's with cable and a 42” in the living room, wireless internet so you can go online when ever you want.
The pool is solar and electric-heated and is south-west oriented so it gets the sun all day and is very private and not overlooked. There are stunning sunsets from the pool, lanai or the private dock. The villa is situated 12 minutes from the Gulf Coast beaches. There are numerous championship golf courses within a 10 mile radius.

Notes: plus 11% tax (6% sales tax and 5% tourist tax) and end cleaning.
Minimum stay 5 days and seasonal price increase of 20% is required during Easter and Christmas.
Maximum occupation: 6 persons ( 1 King, 2 Queen beds)
Check-in: After 3 pm.
Check-out: must occur between the hours of 9 am and 11 am, for guests leaving the house early in the morning on the day of departure: between the hours of 3 pm and 4 pm on the day prior to your departure.
Rate includes: Bedding, hand-, shower – and beach towels, service for pool and garden, water.
Cleaning charge: $ 150 extra cleaning charges may apply. Wash and dry all used towels and linen used during the stay, except those used the morning of your departure (towels take very long to dry, this will help us to be ready for the next guests) Thank you.
At your departure, you must leave the home in the same condition that it was found in. In particular, no physical damage, property must be tidy, dished washed, spills must be wiped up, and the garbage must be in the receptacles located in the garage. We reserve the right to charge an additional $ 25/hour for any additional cleaning needed beyond the customary cleaning.
Electricity: $ 25 per week is already included in the rental rate, additional consumption will be charged according to the price list from the provider LCEC valid during the stay plus 6% tax.
A travel insurance and personal liability insurance is recommended.
A deposit of 30% of the rental price secures booking.
The balance to be paid 50 days prior to you arrival.
Security Deposit: a refundable security deposit of $ 500.
An electric fee of US $ 25/week is included in rental rate, excesses above will be charged at check-out by our property managment.
Charge for lost key or garage door opener will be $ 15 for the key and $ 65 for garage door opener.
Cancellations: only written cancellation will be accepted.
Up to 60 days before arrival 30% of the rent.
59 – 40 days before arrival 40% of the rent.
33 – 22 days before arrival 60% of the rent.
21 – 8 days before arrival 80% of the rent.
7 days and less before arrival 100% of the rent.
