Nicely furnished, modern condo in perfect location
This bright, modern, nicely furnished is perfectly located in Belltown. We were within walking distance of many Seattle attractions. We highly recommend it.

All the comforts of home!
The condo is in a great location...10 minute walk to Pike Market, 15 minutes to the Space Needle. There are several restaurants on the main floor. Condo has a small balcony overlooking a beautiful courtyard...we had coffee and drinks out there every day. There is also a rooftop terrace where you can get a nice view of the Seattle waterfront. The complex has a pool and a big fitness center. This was our first time using HomeAway and we will definitely use it again. This condo truly was like a vacation home.....oh, and a huge plus is garage parking. Seattle is not a very car friendly....impossible to find parking, and tough driving...so it was nice to just park the car and forget about it! Thanks Ron and Kristen!

Remodeled in April 2015, this modern quiet condo sleeps up to 4 adult guests comfortably, offers a balcony overlooking the garden, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a luxurious queen size bed in the bedroom with an American Leather queen sleeper in the living room. It offers HDTV flat screen TV's and wireless internet.
Secure underground entrances and parking is available on site, as well as a heated swimming pool, hot tub, day room, spacious rooftop deck and a fully equipped fitness center with a sauna.
