Great Studio
Unique basement studio. Comfortable Murphy bed, turnaround kitchen, bathroom designed nicely for small space, close to great market, beautiful park within walking distance. Easy street parking.

Great home base for visiting Seattle
This is a great property! Cozy, clean and convenient. It’s an efficiency apartment in the basement with a private entrance. There is plenty of light both from the windows and the fixtures. The small kitchen is fully functional and allowed us the opportunity to plan most meals in for our week long stay. Great walkable neighborhood. Read the guest book! We would definitely stay here again.

This is a delightful place to stay! Everything was clean, cozy and comfortable. The bed is excellent/ This was also a great location for us as our son lives north of here.. Ron is a friendly, helpful host. We will definitely return in the future.

Glad you found our no booking fee listing on Tripz Suite est 2015 and has rented 260+ days a year. Location is great for those wanting to be 30 blocls from downtown. We have three suites at this location. This suite is a studio with a queen wallbed that comes down easy and is made up in the living room. It has a nice shower bath and small peninsula complete kitchen with gas range and the essentials. Private 24/7 enterance and laundry access. As you can see it is attractively decorated in a handsome Tudor. the upper suite is a two bedroom two story $150 ngt sleeps 6 and the lower suite is one bedroom $145 with a wallbed in the living room sleeps 4
About The Area
The neighborhood is called Fremont aka "Center of the Universe" No kidding we actually have the Lennin bronze statue. Losts of pubs and restaurants Spanish, Mexian, Greek, Thai walking distance. Mosts guests use Marketime Foods deli three blocks. You can grab the Metro E Line two blocks and be in the center of DT in 15 minutes The Pike Street stop gets you into the the famous Pike Place Market, The Senca stop gets you to Ferries to Bainbridge Island. Walking north from the property you are in Woodland Park where you will find our ZOO and pathways to beautiful Greenlake a 3 mile around walk is fun.
