Rainier,and an additional 30 minutes to Mt. St, Helens. The Tacoma Dome is only 20 minutes away for concerts and trade shows. It is also only 15-20 minutes to the Puyallup fairgrounds for the fairs and other events.
Mchord Air Force Base and Ft lewis are also about 20 minutes away via the 512 hwy and Interstate 5.
Avoid the Seattle traffic and see the best of the NW.
Washington has many wineries and ski resorts within easy driving distance for your enjoyment..
We have housed corporate relocation and insurance clients when the need arises as well.
Summers fill early and fall is also very busy. Make reservations early.

Only if I can find a replacement renter will a refund be allowed. I cannot take the house off the market and then have a cancellation prior to arrival and expect to give a refund after the house was not available to others.
