This is a beautiful, spacious home near Snohomish, WA. We had a wonderful stay here that included expansive & beautiful views of the cascade mountains and land. The size of this home and it's on-site guest house easily accommodates large groups and the layout is such that it is easy have private space when needed. I especially liked this home for being in a nice quiet location, close to the park and Snohomish River, yet a short drive to the freeway to get back into the City if desired. I would stay here again and I highly recommend Villa Snovista to anyone who is considering it!

"VILLA SNOVISTA" is the latest well-appointed 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathrooms on 4.5 acres of cascades mountain & forever view grounds. It is built in the FARM DISTRICT of historic Snohomish (35 minute drive to downtown Seattle & the Space Needle). VILLA SNOVISTA boasts the finest material & finishes & the latest in architectural details & design. It features grand exterior decks with forever views of the Snohomish valley & river in the distance. Interior open living space has up to 11 ft. high ceilings. Gourmet kitchen has center Island & wine cooler & spatially opens to bar area with bar stools in the living room. Well-equipped kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances & furnishings. Living rooms is equipped with mechanically reclining leather sofas & opens to dining room featuring an exquisite dining table that seats & sets up from 6-12 guests. 2 panoramic view master suites boast walk-in closets, his & hers vanities, jetted spa tubs & custom built showers with seats & French doors opening to Cascade views.
A private detached large two bedrooms Guest House with its own full kitchen & dining & living room, 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms is in the grounds but detached from the main Villa. It is also available for rental for additional charge. Villa Snovista has grounds that could also set up for open air outdoor pavilion for large parties (up to 150 guests) at an additional cost depending on the size of the party. Upon arrival a long gated drive way meanders through lush natural grounds. This estate features the state of the art sound & security system and wrought iron European planter balcony.
