This is the fifth year in which our family has rented a large home for the week of July 4th(third in the Chelan area), and it is by far the best equipped and cleanest facility we have had. We very much enjoyed our entire stay.

Beautiful and Relaxing
We recently stayed at this wonderful waterfront home for a staff retreat. The home is amazing...clean, quiet, well maintained, spacious, amazingly comfortable with a great view from the great room, and close enough to Chelan or Desert Canyon to make it an easy drive for additional fun...as if you would need additional fun with the Columbia River in the backyard, a heated pool, large hot tub, ping pong, water toys, and plenty of room to rest and relax. If you are looking for a family vacation spot or as a getaway for a smaller staff, this home is amazing.

This house has it all!
Perfect family getaway. Plenty of room for everyone and the pool was pleasantly warm...even for grandma! The beds were cozy and we loved having the dock for the boats. The house has everything and you thought of every detail to make it comfortable. We hope to visit again some day.

Perfect Christmas Retreat!
Amazing!! This house has everything you could ask for and more. We had our big family Christmas here and have so many wonderful memories- soaking in the hot tub, watching the kids swim in the heated pool, cooking in the huge kitchen together, ping pong tournaments, and of course Christmas morning. Thank you for a fabulous stay!!!

Our group of guys has been heading to the Chelan area for our annual golf trip for about 5 years now. This has easily been our favorite place to stay. The pool and river access were clutch after a long hot round on the golf course. Its well stocked and has all the amenities. AND its less than 10 minutes to Desert Canyon Golf Resort. We are already planning to book it for next year.

Located on a spectacular waterfront site (Columbia River) with private dock, this home offers a spacious floor plan, a fifteen minute drive to the town of Chelan, and eight minutes to Desert Canyon Resort and Golf Course. Completed in 2009, this home is beautifully furnished and boasts a wide-open floor plan, a private swimming pool (heated year-round) and hot tub.
The enormous kitchen has a large island bar, a dining area table that seats ten and a large walk in pantry with a second refrigerator.
Upstairs there are two master suites including private baths (both with lake views), a spacious bonus room that is perfect for the kids to sleep and play in (4 twin beds plus sleeping mats), and a gallery with two desks with a color printer/copier/scanner. Downstairs there are two additional bedrooms (one queen and one twin over queen bunk bed) as well as additional bathrooms.
Just feet from the pool deck is a short path to the private dock (shared with one neighbor) to park your boat after a day of wakeboarding and innertubing on the Columbia River. Both the pool and spa are maintained and heated year-round. The massive sundeck extends out to the pool and hot tub and includes a gas barbecue as well as a beautiful and serene outdoor living space with gas fireplace and plenty of seating for lounging in the shade with family and friends.
The great room offers a gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and 70 inch 4K HD television with surround sound and Blu-Ray/DVD....or cozy up in the bonus room, complete with it's own TV and area for board games and puzzles (variety provided). With four bedrooms plus bonus room and three and a half bathrooms, this home can accommodate 12 guests comfortably.

There are two king beds, one queen bed, a twin over queen bunk bed and two trundle beds (sleeps four). This is a truly one of a kind home in one of the most prestigious developments on Lake Entiat! neighbor)
About The Area
15 Minutes to Chelan and Lake Chelan, 30 minutes to Wenatchee, and just under an hour to Leavenworth and Mission Ridge. The area has everything for a fun filled getaway for family reunions, golf vacations and girls' getaways. Wineries, Fruit Orchards, Golf, Boating, Water Skiing, Snow Skiing, Water Park, ect. Nearest airport is in Wenatchee.
