A Calm Oasis
The house is tucked back into the forest, on beatiful grounds. We really enjoyed just sitting on the deck with some coffee or even for takeout dinner, it was just the calm getaway we were looking for. We were pleasantly surprised that you couldn't even hear road noise!The house itself is nice, airy and reasonably equipped - kitchen appliances worked fine and were in good shape. Very importantly, the entire house was extremely clean. It is a quick drive to Langley for food or visiting some of the shops there, but one downside is that it is a longer drive to most beaches or state parks on the island. We thought the trade-off was worth it, though.

Quiet weekend retreat
My husband and I decided to stay here for a weekend trip over on Whidbey Island. It was the perfect weekend escape. The house had all we needed. My only recommendation is to upgrade the mattress downstairs, as it was very uncomfortable. I would consider coming back, perhaps with a bigger group. The house had plenty of room for more than a couple.

Gorgeous retreat
I chose Rhythm Waters as a getaway trip for myself and my partner after a very busy year. We needed the seclusion and the amenities, which were all fantastic. But I want to give a special shout out for the property management team who addressed all of our concerns and quickly addressed an issue that cropped up on our final day there. We appreciate all of the help and would certainly stay again!

Fantastic weekend getaway!
Rhythm Waters is a fantastic rental for a few close friends or a couple. The property is gorgeous and relaxing. The hot tub was clean and super relaxing with the view of the pond and surrounding garden.. It was nice to chill out for the weekend then work from there for the day on Monday. Cell reception was only so-so, but the internet connection was good enough to stream movies and for the work day too.

Can you put a price on "bliss"?
Nothing short of "blissful" would describe our stay at Rhythm Waters this April. The amply stocked house was absolutely gorgeous, comforting and immaculate. Had we done nothing else but stay inside this serene home I would have felt like I had a real vacation. Only 2 complaints... as others have noted, the water smells and tastes noxious -- an understatement -- bring bottled water! Secondly, the mattress downstairs is unforgivably horrendous. I could feel the springs pushing through and could not sleep well. I will not return until it is replaced. Even so... sheer bliss, Rhythm Waters.

Amazing retreat on beautiful Whidbey
Perfectly located near the town of Langley & other area attractions. This home is amazing, not just inside but the grounds are exceptional. Pictures & descriptions won't do it justice. If your looking for a peaceful retreat but conveniently located to town this is the perfect rental.

Zen Retreat

Great property in a desperate need of maintenance
This is truly a fantastic property in a great location location but the lack of maintenance somewhat spoils the experience. For the price we paid, we were expecting much more.Pros:- Great location in the south part of the Island and close to Langley.- Very private, complete tranquility.- Big and good quality hot tab.- Great fire pit.Cons:- Maintenance is poor, mainly the outdoor areas.- Wooden deck and Garden furniture in a desperate need of treatment/painting.- Paths are blocked with plants that have been allowed to grow wild.- Plants growing over the fire pit, very different from the picture.- The water in the taps have a very bad odor (reminded us volcanic smell).- Most of the outdoor lights are not working, can't really sit outside at night and it is very dark to walk from the fire pit back to the house.- A lot of left overs of bottles (kitchen and cleaning products) with very little content. We were surprised to find all of that especially now days were everything should be cleaned and sanitized. - Top windows of the house have no blinds so it is very bright early in the morning.- Not really a con but the loft has no doors in case you are looking for privacy/separation.After a good maintenance work and some attention to details this place can be a great escape.

Escape the city
We had a wonderful time on whidbey island. The home was exactly as described. We got the most use out of the hot tub and lovely yard area. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would highly recommend.

Beautiful and Relaxing
The location and gardens were beautiful. We really enjoyed the fireplace, fire pit and hot tub. The house was clean, spacious and there was plenty of space to cook and eat meals. The manager was helpful and quick to respond.

Beautiful Stay
Absolutely love this property. The cabin and yard were lovely. The hot tub was a dream. The company is easy to communicate with and there is a book of local places to eat, amongst other things that are normally available when it's not a global pandemic. It was expensive with all the fees, but I would likely stay there again. There could be some improvements to lighting: there was some flickering and mixed warm and cool lights which sounds like no big deal but felt odd. And it was hard to see outside by the hottub and parking wasn't clear. Also, a place to hang towels would have been nice; we didn't find any hooks. Overall though, a wonderful stay.

Vacation getaway
We stayed here for a few days after our wedding as a mini honeymoon before our cruise. We absolutely loved it! It was very relaxing and was a nice escape from the world and stress from a wedding! We loved every minute of it and would love to go back soon! Was very clean and presentable and in a great location! Would recommend it to anyone!

Rejuvenate
The house was great but the property was beyond magnificent . We were there to destress and heal after a traumatic year and it worked. Love all the critters too. My only complaint was to get all of my luggage and cooler etc was a long trek since you cannot get the vehicle to the house

This place is absolutely amazing! Top notch! We were sad to leave it!!!! While you’re there make sure to check out Coupeville and Deception Pass! Just as an FYI to managers, dishwasher was not working and there were not enough plates and bowls for 6 people. These things are an oversight and fixable.Other than that I give it 5 stars for sure!!!

It was like having your own private Garden Paradise
Wow. What a treat. The pictures just don't do this place justice. It is an amazing property behind the smaller studio place. The house is totally private. What a jem of a property. Kitchen and living room are open and have amazing views. There is an amazing deck to sit and drink coffee or eat dinner on. There are many places in the gardens to sit and relax as well. I'd definitely love to stay here again.

Serenity Meow

Beautiful Whidbey Getaway
Tucked away this was the perfect place to stay for a weekend getaway. Driving up the driveway we didn't realize in fact how secluded the property was. But it was the perfect spot in the woods. Rooms were comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed and the hot tub was a real treat. Would love to come back and enjoy in the summer but perfect for a winter getaway!

Amazing House!
This house by far has been one of our most favorite houses we have ever stayed in!!! beautiful house with plenty of room for everyone! even though there was some snow and both creeks were frozen, we still had a great time staying in and enjoy the views! Mixed review
Clear attention to landscaping - lovely to be amidst the trees. Otherwise a series of issues: hot tub not working when arrived, dryer broken and did not dry clothes, shower head spraying water everywhere and a slow repair time with some confusion on the manager's part for follow through on issues. There is no separation between the lower and upper floor of the house so no privacy inside the house. When sitting outside on the deck, there is always the drone of a pump for the pond element -- this interfered with the serenity of the well landscaped environment. The teapot was also broken - while it would heat, the lid had been damaged and so you had to fill it by filtering in the water through the spout.

Better for a couple
Really cool cabin in the woods - a great location. Cabin had a few quirks that made our stay less than perfect. The kitchen wasn’t as well stocked as we had hoped (no wine glasses or pot to make pasta). The sound of the koi pond pump was really loud as was the hot water pump in the bathroom. The lack of privacy with the bedrooms is why we didn’t feel this was a good match for our family.

Amazing retreat so close to the city!
My fiancee and I truly enjoyed our stay here.The grounds are amazing and the heated floors feel nice underfoot in the winter. The hot tub is perfect and easily accessible from the bathroom and downstairs bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and the loft was a fun little addition. We spent three days watching media, soaking in the tub, cooking good food and enjoying each others company. We will definitely be back. Maybe even to get married! The grounds are big enough to host a small ceremony and reception. In the summer months, it would be truly magical.

Beauty and Enchantment borne in these woods!
The property is a beauty rarely found in rental homes. I would recommend it to anyone, with a few disclaimers. The beds are futons. The rental agreement states that a starter supply of toilet paper will be provided. 2 rolls. However the home is stocked with quite a variety of Kurig pods for your use! I beg the owners to loosen the purse strings on the paper supply's. Honestly, one pod costs more than a roll of paper. Thankfully, we brought our own supply. If the septic system is the reasoning, most people spending 300 a night, should be more respectful. We will highly recommend this lovely jewel, so painstakingly manicured to the height of perfection. Great place for family photos and the fountain at night is a most delightful surprise!

Amazing getaway
Rhythm Waters is a wonderful property with all the amenities you could ask for. The garden, deck, and pond/fountain are so peaceful; we loved listening to the sound of the running water at night. I'm pretty sure our dog loved it too. It's perfect for a romantic getaway for two.

Romantic, serene beautifully landscaped hideaway
We rented Rhythm Waters for a weekend wedding and found it to be a very special experience. The only small change I would recommend is to have clearer signage and lighting for the parking. Otherwise it was excellent as a place to have a quiet retreat for 2 or a wedding for many. The beautiful nooks and crannies and the loving landscaping were amazing.

Escape to Paradise
Truly enjoyed our family reunion here. Beautiful and serene escape into the arms of Mother Nature. Well maintained gardens. It was a truly healing experience just walking around in the gardens, watching the koi. Felt so much at peace. Surrounded by trees all around. Good sized hot tub.Well appointed kitchen and grill. The house has all standard amenities. Very beautiful and romantic view from the bedroom. Nice windows all around.The attic upstairs has another 2 beds with a balcony above the bedroom below. From every place in the house you can see lovely green trees.The bathroom could benefit from some attention ( shower door esp) which management was willing to look into. Very responsive and attentive management. Great place for a family getaway,a romantic getaway, also great for parties. Loved our stay here!!
