My stays range mostly from 3-7 nights, sometimes I have a shorter stay, and sometimes the stay is more than 3 nights and I cant break it up.1-7 night stays, some dates are week only stays and I will not be able to do a shorter stay, and sometimes I have a night or 2 or 4 night stay etc. some dates I cannot change, just contact with your dates and I will do my best to match them up. Units are not preassigned and assigned at checkin, not a specific floor or unit. All furnished the same, 25% penalty if cancelled greater than 30 days before checkin, Inside 30 days I will rerent and refund 75% of reservation, but must rerent
I suggest obtaining Travel Insurance through a third party travel insurance company, I will not be liable for circumstances that are beyond my control, natural disasters, fire etc.
