We hit a snag one week before we were scheduled to leave for vacation and had no place to stay. The owner was quick to reply and very easy to work with. Upon arrival to the property I was thrilled! The landscape was beautifully manicured, the "houses" well taken care of and the pool area simply amazing. Then we entered our unit...it was like opening a present of Christmas. Everything was PERFECT! The unit was immaculate. The bathrooms were HUGE! There was more space then I could have ever imagined. We traveled as a family of 5...my mom and dad, my husband, myself and our 14 year old son. Everyone had there own room (my son in the living room on the couch). Everyone was happy! We were delighted. Our trip was PERFECT!! Before leaving, we were already discussing next years trip. Thank you, Bill!!!

Nice and clean place
The property there was very neat and clean the staff was very friendly and the food at the restaurant there at the resort was nice the pools were clean the room was very clean we were very impressed there. We will be staying there again

Exceeded expectations
This was my first stay in a timeshare and i was skeptical having never rented online before. I was also concerned with renting from Bill because of the low price compared to others, but it was exactly as advertised! We stayed in a 2bdrm ground floor unit which was very spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked and the bedrooms were nice. Check-in was very easy and the only very brief timeshare pitch was after check-in and basically only involved receiving a welcome packet. There were no high pressure tactics or badgering. Thanks for a great vacation Bill!

Relaxing resort
We have stayed at Powatan Resort several times, and have never been disappointed! The condo is spacious, and comfortable, the kids love the pools and mini golf. Will definitely stay here again.

Personal checks are accepted more than thirty days prior to check in. Credit cards are invoiced through PAYPAL I add the paypal charge of 4% to your invoiced price.
