Beautiful b&b

Oh my goodness where do I begin. Olga is just the sweetest and her place is beyond amazing! My husband and I came to Virginia from Michigan for a friend's wedding. We went back and forth between hotel and b&b and I'm so happy we chose this option. As explained, this b&b is set off from all the city noise in a beautiful country setting, right next to a winery! It is less then 15 mins from downtown Leesburg where there is lots of shopping and great restaurants. Olga's b&b is very clean with many rooms and porches to enjoy. She makes an amazing fresh breakfast each morning and we felt very much at home during our stay. Thank you Olga for a wonderful stay!

5 Star Review of Loudoun Valley Manor

My husband & I took a weekend getaway & had a very nice stay in the Sienna Room! Our room/private bath were clean & neat. Location was very convenient to nearby wineries/shopping/restaurants. The grounds had beautiful views-we sat outside on the patio to have our coffee. Olga asked our breakfast preferences upon arrival & gave a us a large # of choices. We requested exactly what we wanted & enjoyed a homemade breakfast. Staff was very friendly & we enjoyed some pleasant/informative conversation- they gave us tips about activities/places where were headed. Communication with Olga was great! She gave us her cell & let us text her when we were arriving, if we needed anything each evening, & when we’d be coming down for breakfast. It made our stay very efficient-we had what we needed & didn’t waste time waiting for anything! Usually we tend to prefer a 4/5 star hotel. At those places the décor is usually high end/modern luxe, along with the expectation of excellent service/cleanliness. Overall, our experience at the Manor was 5 stars but for those who prefer modern luxe, you may find the decor to be dated here. For us, being comfortable with beautiful surroundings, friendly/personal service more than made up for it! Although we chose the Sienna Room based on the pics, now that we've come here/have seen the layout, for a couple $$ more we’d choose the king size bed with comfy chairs & private bath as opposed to the smaller room. The bed in our room was up against the wall & we don't prefer that. The chairs in the room were small & wooden (not ideal for sitting/relaxing). After a long day of wineries, sightseeing & shopping we were looking forward to relaxing & watching the Final Four game—the wooden chairs just didn't cut it. Maybe because we came so early in the Spring we ended up spending time in our room but when we return we will likely find relaxing/comfortable outside spaces to enjoy & spend less time in our room. The décor/ room layout are minor compared to our overall experience which was really excellent! I just like give detail so others know what to expect. I’ve already verbally recommended Olga's place to friends & we plan on returning! The idea of a large house with common areas to hang out but private rooms is very appealing for our large family with adult children/their guests. The made-to-order breakfast is also appealing because we have some dietary preferences. Overall, 5 star experience! Thanks Olga & Company!
