Three outside decks. Open kitchen and informal dining room lead to large outside deck. Separate formal dining room. Master Bedroom with Jacuzzi. Our home is directly across the street from the ocean on an elevated setting with an impressive ocean view. Croatan is 2 miles south of the Virginia Beach Boardwalk, which begins at Atlantic Avenue and 1st Street, and just across the bridge from Rudee Inlet, a tourist and local’s favorite spot for fishing, aquatic sports and waterside dining. Walk or bike to the Resort Area’s nightlife that spans the Boardwalk from 1st Street to 40th Street. Our home hosts is an ideal venue for families participating in the national dance competitions held at the Virginia Beach Convention Center, which is within 3 miles of our home. Outside shower for beach days. Linens and towels are not included. Families preferred. Sleeps 16. Minimum adult age requirement of 25. No smoking please.
