Indulge yourself and your family in our stunning, fully furnished a 3-story spacious home with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths which comfortably accommodates 10 family members. The outdoor living and entertainment space with patio and pool and second- and third-floor decks is phenomenal! Beautiful finishing touches throughout include our family room’s hardwood floors, fully tiled baths, and kitchen granite counters.
The third-story open floor plan features a dramatic and bright family room with cathedral ceilings and skylights, informal dining area, and very large, gleaming, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with center island, built-in bar and table for 6. CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS: In order to cancel a confirmed reservation and receive a refunded portion of the already-paid amount, the property must be re-rented to a new tenant. Pyle Realty, Inc. will make every effort to re-lease the property and refund the amounts paid less expenses. Should Pyle Realty, Inc. re-lease the property for the same terms, Guest will be charged 20 percent (20%) of the amounts received and a $150.00 administrative fee. When the property has been re-leased and confirmed, monies received less the twenty percent (20%) and $150.00 administrative fee will be returned within 30 days. If the property does not re-lease, all amounts paid will be forfeited. Shortened stays or early departures do not warrant any refund of rent.
REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT: Tenant is charged a $500.00 security deposit which is fully refundable if no damage or loss is incurred. If costs for damage or loss exceed the $500.00 deposit, Guest’s credit card on file will be charged the excess. The security deposit refund will be issued within 45 days after check-out. Refunds are not credited back to guest’s credit card account.
In the event of a Home Away/VRBO on-line booking, security deposit will be refunded by Home Away/VRBO within approximately seven (7) days following check-out. If charges are incurred, Home Away/VRBO will be notified of charges to be deducted from Guest’s security deposit.
OPTIONAL CSA TRAVEL INSURANCE: Optional insurance provides coverage for prepaid, nonrefundable expenses due to certain unforeseeable circumstances that may jeopardize your vacation investment and force you to incur unplanned expenses. Cost is 6.95% of total rent amt. Guests will have the opportunity to purchase this valuable coverage at time of reservation.
