Just steps from the beach, this newly renovated house is in a great location for enjoying Virginia Beach. Fully furnished, with linens provided.
The space
With sleeping for 14, this is a great house for family gatherings. Upstairs, there is a loft plus two master bedroom suites. On main level, there is a large 'bunk room' that will sleep seven, plus another bedroom with a bunk bed and trundle that sleeps three. Three full bathrooms and one half-bath. Kitchen has all new stainless appliances. Five flat-screen TVs in the house. Cable and WiFi. Decks on second floor and first floor. Parking off-street for four cars. Make Shep's Quarters II your summer vacation home, or your home for the holidays!
About The Area
Croatan is a prestigious family oriented section of Virginia Beach. The homes are large and lovely, and the beach is relatively private. Rudee Inlet is less than a mile away, with all kinds of water sports available. The boardwalk is about a mile away, just over the Rudee Inlet bridge.
House Rules
Renters must be at least 25 years of age. No parties or events. This is a quiet family neighborhood. Check-in is after 5 p.m., and check-out is before 10 a.m. No Smoking.
Suitability
Suitable for children. If you will be needing a crib, playpen, or booster seat, please let us know. That is also true for bed guards/rails and doorway gates. Pets (if allowed by owner) require a non-refundable $500 pet deposit.
