Our stay at this beautiful condo was extremely enjoyable. This place was very clean, spacious and very well located! No tricked photos on the website, this place IS nice. The owner was a pro! She greeted us at the condo upon arrival and was present for our departure. I would most definitely (and have already done so!) encourage my friends and family to rent this condo. This place is so well located that our car stayed parked for a full 7 days. A full grocery store is steps away from the condo (they even sell anextensive assortment of wine). The walk to the beach was quick...walking with my 2-year old was at most 5 minute walk. We had a great week!

Wonderful Clean, Comfortable Unit - True Home Away from Home Feel
My wife, son and I stayed in this unit for 2 1/2 months while our Va Beach home was being remodeled. I cannot say enough positive things about ourexperience at Playa Rana. Our unit was extremely clean and very comfortable. The owner was exceptionally nice to deal with and made our stay even more pleasant. We have more remodeling planned that will require us to move out again, and we will certainly beback to this unit. My wife suffers from asthema and allergies, and this unit was perfect for her because it was so clean and odor free. You will not be disappointed if you stay in this unit. It is within walking distance to great restaurants, not to mentionthe fabulous beach! Thank you for such a pleasant experience and one we definitely will repeat!

Perfect family location EXCELLENT
My family and I just returned from our vacation in this unit, and could not have asked for more. The location is perfect, we were traveling withtwo teenagers and everything was within a short walk. The condo was clean, well maintained and beds were comfortable. If traveling to Virginia Beach again, we will return to this condo.

Great Condo and Hospitality! EXCELLENT 5
We rented this condo for a dance competition we were attending. The condo is a short walk to the beach and very convenient to the convention center.The condo provided everything we needed with all new appliances and HE washer and dryer. The best part of the rental was dealing with Marilyn! She went out of her way to get us the key (even though we arrived around 10pm)and gave us a tour of the complex and walked us thru the entire condo and amenities. She was also Very good with communication throughout the entire rental process. I would highly recommend this condo and Marilyn!

Wonderful stay
We stayed at Play Rana at the end of August and Marilyn was so wonderful to work with. She stayed in touch right up until we checked in and then throughout our stay. She gave us lots of information andthings to do. She even checked in on us when there was a tropical storm keeping us trapped in the condo for a few days. The condo was very clean and everything was right there for us from dishes to linens and towels. It was a secure condo and we felt safestaying there. Marilyn made us feel very welcome and we knew if we needed anything she was close by and willing to help with anything at a moment's notice. She went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We would definitely stay here again. While we mostlywent to the beach the kids did enjoy the pool when the waves and wind from the tropical storm were too rough. I highly recommend staying with Marilyn at her condo!!!!

Wonderful stay at Virginia Beach
My family and I visited Virginia Beach for a week. We stayed here and it was perfect. Just a couple of blocks from the beach and all that Virginia Beach has to offer and still in a quite location. Theowner was wonderful to work with and very professional. The condo was very clean and well maintained. A lot of amenities so we didn't have to bring our whole house with us for the week. There is a 24 hour grocery store right across the street that was greatto have available to us . We could not have asked for a better spot to spend a week in Virginia beach. Highly recommended place to stay for a family of 4-6 people. And again the owner was wonderful to work with.

Great place for a beach vacation!
Marilyn's condo in Playa Rana was perfect for our trip to Virginia Beach! It was clean and decorated very nicely and had everything thing we needed. The pool was a must for us and it was a very quick walkto the beach. We really appreciated Marilyn meeting us and showing us everything about the condo and talking to us about the area. It was a nice change from just being given a key and left to figure out everything on our own. Marilyn was also very accommodatingand allowed our stay to be Sunday-Sunday. If you are looking for a great condo, in a great location with an owner that is easy to work with and takes care of the property, this is your place!

Great vacation
This was a very nice updated condo. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was a plus that the linen was included. The location was perfect for shopping, the beach, and restaurants.But even before we experience all this it was Marilyn's kind and friendly spirit that led us to book this condo. We could tell that she truly wanted us to have a great vacation experience. And we did.

Great Location!
Perfect condo for our family vacation. We were there for a dance competition and the location was perfect from the convention center. The proximity to the beach and amenities kept the whole family entertained.It was impeccably clean and comfortable. Marilyn was so nice! (Professional and available whenever I had questions). We would absolutely stay there again!

Great Times

Enjoy your fabulous, fun vacation getaway in Virginia Beach, Virgnia in this upscale two bedroom, two bath luxory condo that is approximately 1.5 short blocks to the boardwalk and beautiful beach. It is totally renovated with stainless steel applicances, full size washer/dryer, granite kitchen counter tops and flat screen televisions in every room. There is a king size bed in master bedroom, two twin beds in second bedroom, and queen sleep sofa in living room. Sleeps 6 comfortably. There is also a swimming pool open in season and barbecue grill. Also features one assigned parking space and security coded building access.
About The Area
This property, known as Playa Rana Condominums, has golf near by, as well as fishing, watersports, fabulous restaurants, entertainment and night life. There is also a 24 hour grocery store accross the street and is approximatetly 12 blocks to the Virginia Beach convention center. MOST DESIREABLE LOCATION. This condo has it all!
