Just got back from our second vacation at the beach house. We brought 3 generations of the family and we all had plenty of room on the second floor to visit and spend time on the beach. The condo was just as clean and comfortable as we remembered it. The week was so relaxing and Ed was always in close contact in case of a problem. Our first visit was 3 years ago and this vacation was even better than the first! The neighbors even had a "movie on the beach" showing Friday night. We are already saving up for the next family vacation!! Thanks Ed for a great week!

End of summer paradise
My husband, my two dogs, and I are enjoying our last night at beautiful Chick's Beach. We stayed on the third floor and the place was perfect for us. The furnishings were very comfortable and the unit was nice and clean on our arrival. The owner was also there and was so friendly. The beach was uncrowded, clean, calm, and very dog friendly. For hikers, there is a great state park about 10 minutes away. The Virginia Beach boardwalk is about a 20 minute drive. Getting to both was easy at this time of year. There are plenty of good restaurants around as well - HK on the Bay and the Green Parrot are a short walk, Bubbas is a short drive. If you are a foodie, I recommend The Cellars. We ate there this evening and it was fabulous. This was a great vacation! Thanks so much for the memories!

GREAT VACATION RENTAL
MY FAMILY LOVED THIS PLACE WE DIDNT WANT TO LEAVE. WHEN WE ARRIVED WE WERE MET BY THE OWNER ED WHO WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL OUR ENTIRE STAY. THE UNIT WAS VERY CLEAN AND WITH THE THREE BEDROOMS AND TWO BATHROOMS IT WAS ENOUGH SPACE FOR ALL 8 OF US. THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT EVERYTHING YOU NEED IS LESS THAT TEN MINUTES AWAY. IF YOU LIKE TO EAT THERE ARE MANY RESTRAUNTS NEAR BY. I RECCOMEND HK, BUBBAS AND CAPTAIN GEORGES WHICH EVER YOU CHOOSE YOU WONT BE DISSAPOINTED. THE BEACH WAS GREAT AND NOT CROWDED AT ALL IT WAS LIKE HAVING YOUR OWN PRIVATE BEACH. WE SAW DOLPHINS ALMOST EVERY DAY AND IT WAS AMAZING. I MUST SAY THAT THIS PROPERTY DEFINATELY HAS THE MOST BANG FOR YOUR BUCK. WE TOOK A FISHING TRIP AT BUBBAS WHICH IS ONLY TEN MINUTES DOWN THE ROAD AND THEY OFFER DOLPHIN WATCHING ALSO. I RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO EVERYONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR A RELAXING VACATION. THANKS AGAIN TO ED FOR EVERYTHING

Fabulous vacation!!!
We stayed on the 3rd floor with a fabulous view of the Bay: we saw dolphins almost every day, twice a day! The house was very clean and had everything we needed to feel at home. I loved watching the sunrise from the deck, and the beach was fantastic! We took our three year old lab and she had the time of her life. She made many friends and loved swimming and running on the beach. The neighors were very friendly too. My son enjoyed fishing. It was a VERY relaxing vacation. There is plenty of shopping available, and Rita's makes the best ice cream!!! We were only 13 miles from the boardwalk, and after a few visits there I was so happy we stayed where we did. It was just a very relaxing, quiet, peaceful and serene vacation spot. I loved that we were able to take our dog! You would never know they accepted pets based on how clean the house was. I had a GREAT time, and would encourage anyone looking for a quiet spot to chill to stay here. You won't be disappointed!
