Cute Cottage Walking Distance to the Beach
Wonderful little two bedroom cottage. Just the right size for three or four people. Nice fenced in yard for our pups to run in and quiet neighborhood. Cable and WiFi if you absolutely can't "disconnect". Within 5 minutes walk of some of the best eateries in VA Beach (and the Back Bay brewery!). About a 10 minute walk down to the beach (go down Lake Drive). Fully stocked kitchen and outdoor gas grill make it easy to eat in or even entertain a few friends. Bikes and boogie boards in the shed for additional family fun. Loved our week long stay here and would recommend it for any family visiting VA Beach.

Great cozy house
The house is in a good location. Its close enough to bike to the beach for a bike ride but it's not walkable with all your beach stuff. We enjoyed the fenced in backyard and the bikes in the shed were a plus. I would recommend renting this house.

Very nice home for a family! Clean and cozy!
Three summer in a row... all the family love this place! Comfy beds, everything we need in the kitchen, large table with many chairs for everyone. The living room is very cozy and comfortable. We also like the patio and the bbq. Only 10 minutes walk to the beach! The owner and property management are very helpful... We will go back for sure!

Lovely furnished single-story 2-bedroom, 1-bath summer cottage 5 blocks from the ocean and 2 blocks from the bike trail that leads directly to the Boardwalk and Ocean. Our home features an enclosed front porch/family room, separate living room, with Queen Sleeper Sofa, and large fenced back yard with deck. We are conveniently located near restaurants and marinas, Rudee Inlet, Boardwalk attractions, golfing, Ocean Breeze Water Park, Virginia Aquarium and Marine Science Museum, and the Virginia Beach Convention Center. Walk, bike, or drive to the Boardwalk. Charter a sport fishing trip or whale watching tour at Rudee Inlet just 1 mile away. If you are looking for a quiet, charming cottage with a large fenced back yard for your family’s entertainment – and/or your pups’ fun and frolic – our home is ideal for you. Linens and towels are not included. Families preferred. Minimum adult age requirement of 25. No smoking please.

Additional $150 cleaning fee and $500 refundable security deposit. $200 additional pet deposit if applicable.

Booking Process: One-half of the full reservation cost with a signed lease is due within 3 days after providing the lease to our guest. Balance (remaining term rent, taxes, cleaning fee and security deposit) is due 60 days prior to check-in. Pyle Realty, Inc. accepts personal MasterCard, Visa, Discover or certified bank checks (U.S. FUNDS ONLY). There is no service fee to book with us!
