Great place to stay at Virginia Beach
Blue Heaven was a great place for us at Virginia Beach. There was plenty of room for all of us, even on the rainy, windy days when we needed to stay inside. The house had been recently redone and I loved the bathrooms. It was clean and didn't have any evidence of previous dogs and our dog had a blast at the beach. We appreciated the deck with a gas grill and all of the chairs, umbrellas, toys and other beach-type stuff. Lisa was very responsive to my questions and even apologized for the weather!

Great Property and Thoughtful Owner
Great property and thoughtful owner. House is positioned in ideal location; beachfront access, close enough to amenities, yet far enough away to avoid crowds. House is well-appointed with comfortable furniture and bedding and has all the beach accessories (chairs, towels, toys) needed, which lightens the load for packing. Washer and dryer are an added bonus to reduce packing needs, as well. Owner is conscientious to renters needs and very accommodating. Wonderful vacation and highly recommend this property for large families.

Newly renovated and lovingly decorated Beach Cottage! Listen to the waves crash against the shore, smell the salty ocean spray, enjoy the oversized outside deck, and reminisce about the fun you had all day catching waves, body surfing, sunbathing and playing games!
The BLUE HEAVEN BEACH COTTAGE located on Ocean Front Ave is just across the dune to the widest part of Va Beach's Oceanfront making it easy to take a cup of coffee to watch the early morning sunrise or to run back to the house for lunch and a nap after playing on the beach! Grab a cocktail, walk over the dune and catch the fireworks from the Oceanfront. ... and the dolphin watching is GREAT at this location of the beach.
Off-street parking, total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 Queen Bedrooms; and a 2- bedroom suite featuring double with twin above bunk in 1 room and double with trundle in the 2nd room.) All NEW appliances, NEW furnishings, and beautiful tiled bathrooms.

After a day at the beach, rinse off with our outdoor shower.
Plenty of local attraction brochures inside our cottage. Convenient to Naval Bases and located just outside of Ft Story (and the Cape Story Lighthouse). This location offers a quiet and quaint atmosphere, with the National Anthem playing at 8 am every day from Ft Story!
Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, Water Country USA and Busch Gardens are just a 45 minute drive. Take the Amtrak from Norfolk to Washington DC for the day.
Well stocked kitchen with all new appliances... but if you don't feel like cooking, restaurants galore are within a 5 minute drive.
Within a short drive you will find Virginia Marine Science Museum, ropes course, dining, movie theater, shopping, library, Rec Center, zoo, botanical garden, fishing, water park, go-carts, boardwalk, and the list goes on!! Like to hike or run? First Landing State Park trails are just a minute's walk away!
There are no busy streets or traffic here to concern yourself with, as this beach cottage is on the ocean side of Atlantic Ave on Ocean Front Ave at 85th Street, and only 1 house separates you from the dune to the beach. Private walkway to the beach.
