Great location, attractive and clean.
Staying at Rosewood Haven was great. It is in a great location for walking to shops, restaurants, museums and the parks. It's a lovely place to stay. This is not a house for people who cannot climb stairs.

We had a great 2 nights! Roomy house with good outdoor areas, both in the front and back. Fantastic neighborhood. Easy parking. Would recommend to others.

Our prices are much lower than houses with less or equal luxury due to this being a new listing and have not had the opportunity to get 5 star reviews this 1918 Historic super clean home deserves. Please don't let the reviews stop you from saving a bundle, I am sure you will be impressed.
Historic Home built in 1916 with 3 finished floors in Byrd Park with 3 ponds and 1 has a fountain and peddle boat rental and next to Maymont Park and Zoo, Carytown is just a couple of block with window shopping Restaurant's and Pubs, there are 10 or so Restaurants and Pubs within walking distant. There is Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, Edgar Allan Poe Museum, Science Museum of Virginia and Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden. American Civil War Center at Historic Tredegar, Virginia Holocaust Museum and Hollywood Cemetery no car needed
