There are no steps to enter, but it is three levels, with large wrap around decks where you can enjoy a 3 mile view across the lake to the backdrop of the 7 mile long Smith Mountain. Main level is a great room, kitchen, dining, full bathroom, and King Bedroom. Upstairs there is a bedroom with twins, a King and a Queen Bedroom with full bathroom. Downstairs is a family room, comfy sofa, TV and full bathroom.
When you stay here as a guest you have access to all of the amenities: 2 outdoor pools, indoor pool, spa, tennis courts, pickleball courts, beach with volleyball,
docking (with ladders), A restaurant and bar that is lots of fun. Bernies Store for things you forget or free coffee in the mornings.

Located 10 miles from Westake Village where you will find a large Krogers, CVS, shopping, restaurants, post office, movie theater, golf course. Bernards Landing is at the end of a state road, and is a giant peninsula. Great place to walk or ride bikes. You can rent boats, kayaks, paddle boards and bikes on sire.
