This house is fun, fun, fun! Our eight adults thought the house was wonderful and hope to return. The house is light and airy with colorful paintings. It is a vacation house with a tropical feel. The sunsets were great. There are "toys" for all ages. We used the kayaks, canoe, paddle board and peddle boat outside. Ping pong games were enjoyed and there was at least one poker game at the poker table. We found plenty of counter space for prep work by four adults. There would have been room for the four other adults to help but they preferred to sit back and enjoying what we prepared. Not that owners have control over water temperatures but if they did, the water was set at a delightful temperature. We jumped in multiple times each day. The caretaker is very attentive. He was doing some trimming so I mentioned a potential problem with birds nesting. He immediately checked into the situation. We didn't need them but the stairs are gated to keep young children from climbing up or down. With living area, porches and three bedrooms on one floor, the house is great for those that aren't mobile. Thanks for sharing your house with those of us who are not fortunate to have our own lake house.

Perfect for large family gatherings!
Tina was super responsive and helpful leading up to the rental. The house had plenty of room for everyone to visit...and find some down time away from visiting. We thoroughly enjoyed this rental experience.

We had a short stay at this property and it is BEAUTIFUL! All the lake toys were available and in very good condition. House was properly stocked for cooking. TONS of games and very current movies to watch on a rainy day. Highly recommend staying at this house. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

Precious Memories!!
Two grandparents, three married children and spouses, and eight grandchildren ranging in age from 16 months to 14 years, spent a perfect week at this house on Lake Anna! The house was spacious with room for all for our family reunion! The amenities included provided a wonderful opportunity for all to swim, kayak, paddle-boat, paddle-board, fish, and keep cool in the lake! We also found the public beach perfect for our youngest child to play in the sand and shade! And had the weather been inclement, there were plenty of things to do in the house including ping pong, Foosball, movies, children's toys.......! The memories made watching all of the activities each day were priceless ones we will treasure! Thanks so very much for sharing all of this with us!

Beautiful views, boat dock, grills, sunning deck, game closet, tvs, cds, dvds, cable, movies, paddle boat, canoe, volleyball, horseshoes, corn hole, croquet, lawn darts, darts, game room, 2 fp, screened in porch, beautiful sunsets, boat rentals nearby, jet ski rentals, wind surfer, sunfish sailboat, etc. Fully equipped, washer/dryer, 2 fridges, 2 coffee makers, 2 grills, ceiling fans, hammock, porch swings, fenced yard, etc.
Watch the sun rise with morning coffee on the front porch. Enjoy drinks on the screened in porch and watch the beautiful sunset over the water. Numerous triathlons, bike races, boating events, running, and fishing contests. Enjoy family game nights or explore the civil war history areas. Wine tastings are a delight throughout the year with some of Virginia's finest. Relax with a cocktail while reading in the hammock built for two. Have breakfast with family around the large kitchen island. Watch your favorite sports event on sat/tv

SKIING TUBING and FISHING: Boat rentals or jet ski rentals available at numerous places on the lake.
Bring your fishing poles and gear and catch some of the largest bass and Stripers right off of the boat dock.
WINERIES: Lake Anna Winery is a 10 minute drive from this property and is a favorite spot for visitors year round. Enjoy the live music during the summer or just take a group for a wine tasting. Owners Jeff and Eric are usually around to greet you, give a tour, or talk about the history of Lake Anna Winery.
