Log Sided Cabin built in 2016.  Has two queen bedrooms and one bathroom.  Fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for your stay. There are three HDTV's, dishwasher, & ice maker.  Outside there is fire pit/grill, hot tub, picnic table and outdoor furniture.

About The Area

The cabin is located one mile from Luray Caverns, near golf course, attractions, river, wedding venues and many activities.  We are located approx. 8 miles from the entrance of the Shenandoah National Park.

House Rules

Number of occupants will not exceed the number of persons paid for. Extra charges of $25 per night per person plus tax is charged for parties over 4.


Check in/out according to times arranged.


If damage to building, furniture, or appliances has occurred, it is reported and damages paid for prior to your departure.


Responsible adult over age of 25 years renting property is present during entire visit. 


You and your guests are using our home at your own risk. We not will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental.


We will not be responsible for items left behind.

 

Rental Rules:

1.) No smoking. All of our rentals are non-smoking. By signing this contract, you are stating that you will not smoke in our vacation rentals. An extra charge will assessed if evidence of smoking is found in property. Feel free to smoke outside on the porches if you wish.
2.) Comforters, shams etc. are to be folded down and removed before use. Make sure to bring your sheets and towels if you have not paid the linen fee. There are two queen beds, a full futon in Living Room. Linen fee will be accessed if beds are used without linens.
3.) Do not move the furniture.
4.) Doors are not to be left open as to allow an excessive amount of flies and insects to enter home. An extra fee may be accessed for excess flies or insects that have been allowed to enter property if doors are left open.
5.) If bringing a pet, you must clean up all excretions from all around the property from your pet Pets must be on leash and supervised at all times when going outside. Pets are not allowed on the furniture.
6.) Grills and fire pits are not to be unattended at any time during use. Fires will need to be fully extinguished after use. Local fire laws and bans must be observed.
7.) No firearms or hunting allowed on property.
8.) Gas fireplaces will only be operational from October 1st-April 1st. No food, paper or other material is to be placed in the gas fireplace.
9.) Please note that this cabin has it's own private well and septic system. The mineral content may vary and the water may have discoloration from time to time. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper to avoid any clogs. You will be responsible for repair for any items other that toilet paper flushed.
10.) Hot Tub: USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Guests agree to abide by the hot tub rules posted. Violation of rules and provisions stated will be grounds for expedited eviction and guest shall not be entitled to return of rental monies paid. Misuse of hot tub by addition of foreign substances may result in a $100 draining and cleaning fee. Do not put any bubble bath, oils, alcohol or other liquids or food in the hot tub. No pets are allowed in the hot tub. Children must be supervised at all times. Leave cover on when not using the hot tub so it will stay warm and keep debris out.

Tenant agrees to comply with all statutes and ordinances of all authorities. Owners shall not be liable for any damage or injury to Tenant or any other person including Tenant's guests or invitees or for any property damage occurring on the property. Tenant agree to hold Owners harmless from
from any claims for damages in consideration of the rental terms herein.
