Our one bedroom condo is located in a safe and well respected neighborhood in Arlington.
Close to Lincoln Memorial and only one mile from all there is to see in DC!
Less than a mile to Arlington National Cemetery
Easy walk to the Metro.
Spacious and clean with excellent Wi-Fi
Many street parking around.
The condo is perfect for tourists, business travelers, solo adventurers, and families (with kids).

Neighborhood is very safe, quiet, and residential. One of the safest neighborhood in the USA.
There is free street parking at the Condo if you prefer to use your own car.
The metro is within walking distance and it takes you anywhere you would like to go in DC.
If you are a cycling enthusiast there is a Bike Share 1/4 mile from the condo.
Our condo is an excellent base for seeing DC.
It is located in a quiet residential area with easy street parking, and very close to Iwo Jima & Arlington with easy access to the rest of DC across the river.
