Sweet little farmhouse
We enjoyed our stay at this well stocked farmhouse. It is very close to town and very comfortable. We enjoyed the gas grill and fire pit outside as well as smart TV with Netflix. Tom was great, very prompt getting back to us and offering suggestions for local hikes. If you have time you have to hike Tropic trail which leads into Bryce Canyon!

Great!
Older farmhouse with so much character. You can tell the owners take great pride in the property. Comfortable with an amazing yard, hammock, fruit trees, bench swing, fire pit...kids loved seeing deer right outside a couple of the days. Well stocked kitchen. Tom was an amazing host, the best we have ever had. Really checked in and offered tips and assistance anytime. Love the map that shows where are prior guests came from too.

Clean, comfortable & charming!!!
We (me, my husband and a long time friend) stayed at the farmhouse for almost a week. It was a wonderful place to stay for our visit to the Bryce Canyon area! The house had more room than we needed (didn't use one bedroom). The house was clean, beds comfortable and washer and dryer were handy and worked well. The kitchen had what we needed and the living room quite comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the mornings and evenings and ate breakfast at the picnic table most mornings. The location was great for all our travels. Do realize that this is an old farmhouse. The floors are a little slanted in areas and there are a few low doorways (that our friend had to duck or hit his head) but for me, that added to it's charm. My only disappointment was that the goat is no longer there. The owner, Tom, was great to work with. He responded quickly to messages before our visit and during our visit. Tropic was a nice little town, too. We could walk to places to eat and to the grocery store. We especially enjoyed the pizza place and Showdowns (good burgers & onion rings!). We spent time at Bryce Canyon, went to Kodachrome Basin and Grosvenor Arch (rough road to get there) and hiked to Calf Creek Falls (highly recommend)! I would definitely stay at the farmhouse again when visiting the area!!

Cute house close to Bryce Canyon
We stayed 2 nights at Tom's house. The location was perfect to visit Bryce Canyon (approx 15-20 mins to the gate). The house was clean and comfortable, and there was enough space for 7 of us. The bed was great! Tom also left a list of restaurants and grocery store in the area which we found very helpful. We would stay again if we ever come back to Bryce.

First time to Bryce Canyon
We really enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of room and Tom was very responsive to our questions along with being accommodating. The house was close enough to go in and out of Bryce easily. We loved Mossy Cave and our favorite hike in the canyon was "Peekaboo trail". It was challenging and beautiful.
