This gorgeous ski-in/ski-out home – nicknamed Sterling Vista – sits atop Silver Lake at Deer Valley Resort. With luxury features and a ‘million dollar view’ this is one of the most desirable locations in the Deer Valley area. The home sits right across the street from the ‘Silver Lake Access Trail’ providing easy access to the slopes each day. With enough space and bedding for a large group this home is sure to be a place your family will want to visit year after year!
This large and spacious home is 5000 square feet over three levels of living space. You enter from the garage where you’ll find the 5th bedroom and a useful ski prep room. Head up one flight of stairs to find the main level of the home featuring the great room, kitchen, dining areas and two of the bedroom suites. The two master suites and the loft area are located on the top level of the home and provide relaxing spaces to enjoy some quiet time.
Great Room: A large and inviting space to socialize or kick back and watch your favorite movie on the large screen HDTV. Enjoy the amazing views from the large pane windows in one of the cozy leather couches. Gas burning fireplace and a Sonos speaker system make this a great place to relax after a long day on the mountain.
Kitchen: The chef’s kitchen is located on the 2nd level of the home and provides top quality appliances. The new gas range cook top on the island area provides a very social cooking atmosphere. Two refrigerators make sure that you have space to keep all the food for a large group. Seating for three at the counter on the island.
Dining Room: The formal dining room is located just off of the great room. With seating for 8 guests this is a perfect place to enjoy a home cooked meal.
Informal Dining Room: The round table located in the kitchen area provides dining space for 6 guests.
Bedrooms:
Master – A very spacious master suite with King bed, wall mounted HDTV, walk in closet, adjoining full bath with steam shower and large jetted tub. There is a small deck just off of this room with views of the private backyard setting. (Located on 3rd floor)
Second (Junior Master)– King bed, adjoining full bathroom, HDTV. Incredible views over the Park City area from the attached balcony. (Located on 3rd floor).
Third (Junior Master) – Queen bed, adjoining bathroom, HDTV, beautiful mountain views from the attached balcony with sliding glass doors. (Located on 2nd floor).
Fourth – Two sets of bunks with full bed on bottom and twin on top, adjoining full bath, HDTV. (Located on 2nd level).
Fifth – Bunk beds with a full on the bottom and twin on the top, queen sofa sleeper, adjoining bathroom (located on lower level).
Loft – Queen sofa sleeper, located just outside the second bedroom on the 3rd floor. Shares bathroom with the master or 2nd bedroom.
Hot Tub: 6 person hot tub is located on the deck just off of the kitchen area with beautiful mountain views.
Laundry Room: Washer and dryer in utility room just off the kitchen area.
Garage: Private, attached 2 car garage. This space is heated and has a foosball table and ping pong table for some fun entertainment! Additional parking in the driveway area if needed.
