Excellent spot for extended family vacation
Small enough to avoid being cavernous while providing ample personal space for multiple couples and children, this home was a perfect fit for our extended family vacation. Elevator was available for less mobile guests, bedrooms were well appointed and quiet, kitchen and great room provided inviting social spaces for 2-10 people. Professional property management and good communication. Very highly recommended.

The Ultimate Vacation Home!
My family couldn't believe how beautiful this Lookout Home was, it was even better than the beautiful picture portrayal online! Upon entering the door of the home, you walk into a main living area with floor to ceiling breathtaking views of deep green pines, dancing aspens and majestic mountainsides. There are four luxuriously outfitted master suites, each adorned with their own huge master bathrooms. Each of the four poster beds have incredibly deep mattresses as well as down pillows and comforters. The bunk room has two bunks with a full on the bottom and a twin on the top. I was amazed at how comfortable the bunk mattresses were! The bunk room also has its adjacent master-sized bath. There is a large family room downstairs complete with a bar area, sectional couches and a pool table! On the mid floor, there is a home theater room that has the most comfortable recliners, and a bar/snack area. Our family, which included our kids, spouses and two grandchildren, loved every minute of our stay. We loved spending time together playing pool, watching movies, playing games, and enjoying the 8-person jacuzzi out on the porch. Additionally, shopping and restaurants are only a few minutes away. Our stay in this home provided the ambience, luxury and amenities to make our trip a joy that we will never forget!

Brand new to Market, This over 3 million dollar, six thousand square foot elevator served freestanding home is serviced by the Private Lookout community concierge service and shuttle for a short few hundred yard drive to the Silver Lake Ski lift. Our philosophy of higher occupancy through aggressive rates while offering one of the newest homes built (Lookout) in Upper Deer Valley. The home has 5 bedrooms, 4 of which are Master Bedroom suites with full baths, while the fifth is built out as a kids bunk room. All Five Levels are serviced by elevator. One floor is designated to a private movie theater with oversized projector screen for movie, TV or Netflix streaming. Professionally decorated with every imaginable amenity including two enormous 60 inch Smart TVs come equipped with Netflix for access of over 10,000 movies. Each Bedroom suite has luxurious 600 thread count bedding, down duvets with televisions. 40 foot vaulted ceilings while Big Bill the Buffalo looks over all from high above. The brand new (2014) spa has room for 8. F The Lookout community is situated between the Montage and Stein Erickson resorts and is the best possible location in Upper Deer Valley with what many feel is the best view of any home in all of Park City. Top Notch finishes throughout the home include ski boot warmers and heated marble floors. All this at less than any comparable property makes this the biggest “no brainer” decision. We expect to start booking up quick as this is brand new to market at the end of 2014 of which time the 2009 home had a complete makeover. Have fun, no “premadonas” allowed. This home is stocked with everything Brand New and High End for preparing Thankgiving Dinner - Brand new bedding, towels, dishes - come enjoy!
More than enough room for several families to enjoy: Four Master Suites each with full bath and King Beds, Kids Room with two Twin over Double Bunks, Queen Sofa Sleeper in Downstairs family room: Sleeps 16 comfortably in beds.
