This is a very nice unit in Redstone. We didn't need a car, just walked everywhere. Even listened to the Thursday night concerts from our balcony. The swimming pool was great for the kids.

The perfect getaway!
This was such a beautiful place! It was close to restaurants and paved walking/biking trail. Theindoor/outdoor pool was amazing. It was just the right temperature. The deck with its own hot tub was fun. We enjoyed watching the action below in the courtyard. It was handicap accessible for my daughter- a real plus and hard to come by. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great condo in a wonderful location
Our family had such a fun stay in NewPark! The condo comfortably housed the 6 of us, and was conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, tourist hot spots & summer concerts. Beautifully decorated and super clean, making this condo feel like home! We hope to come back again for another trip someday.

5 minutes from skiing with all the amenities
Very clean and comfortable. A real plus was that the manager, Brad, was always available and responsive to help with any requests.

Unit itself is a two bedroom. Main area of the unit is an open floorplan with the king bedroom, living room (with Queen Sleep Sofa) and kitchen sharing an open area. Such enjoys a large bathroom with deep soaking tub, full standing shower, double bowl sink, granite and natural stone. Second bedroom suite includes sitting area with queen sleeper, queen bed, and full bath with shower/tub, granite countertops and heated floors.
Kitchen, includes Microwave, Refrigerator, Freezer, dishwasher and electric range. Stocked with complete kitchen accessories.
Private balcony with Hot Tub and great views of Olympic Park and the ski jumps, the ski resorts and the Swaner Nature Preserve.
And enjoy the prime Newpark/Redstone area with restaurants (from fancy to casual), shopping (from boutiques to staples) and entertainment (from movies to live music to bowling) at your doorstep. Free concerts and outdoor dining in the summer. Free bus to Park City, Deer Valley and Main Street leaves from immediately outside (super convenient, another great plus when staying at the Newpark Hotel).
