Just 20 minutes from skiing at world famous Snow Basin ski resort ( home of the 2002 winter Olympic s downhill and super g ) and a few minutes more to the best powder skiing in Utah at Powder Mountain resort, also Nordic Valley resort. The best part is you are just a couple of miles away from fine dining, shopping,clubs and entertainment. The home is located just 2 walking blocks from Ogden’s famous hiking and walking trail systems, the bike lanes run right in front of the home as well. We are pet friendly and there’s a safe large school play yard just across the street. ( google earth 21st and Fillmore avenue) really the best location for doing it all including 2 great golf courses just north and south from the home. The apartment is decorated mostly in period correct Art Deco, the apartment has fine original art work and murals from the owner and other well know artists. You will enjoy the art. We live on the upper level penthouse and the home is very sound proof due to the 15 inch solid wall throughout,we won’t hear you and you won’t hear us either. You have a very private setting to enjoy your stay.
Google the area super neighborhood high on the east bench, if you were to out a X on the best location to it all it would probably land on top of the home. Home sits on 2 and a half building lots and is park like in the yard especially in the warm months with all the beautiful flowers and plants. Water falls, Greek type fountain and pool. 3 fire features including a fire pit. There’s even a nice large tree house for the kids. The sunsets are to die for . Walk 2 blocks up the road and you are at the Bonneville Skyline trail system that you can literally walk the entire trail system to southern Utah. Mountain biking and hiking at its best. We’ve had the Xterra athletes and world campion bike racers stay because they wanted the security and be able to work on the bikes ect. Really just a great area to be around.
We don’t have a lot of rules nor have we had any problems with anyone in the 5 years we have been hosting. There’s no cleaning deposit just pick up a little when you leave. Smoking is aloud outside. We are pet friendly and even offers pet setting if you need.
