This place is located close to everything. Hiking, swimming, boating, and dunes. Synthia is a great hostesses was glad we got to meet her.

Awesome House and Very Helpful Owner!
We had six adults and two kids, and there was more than enough room for us to spread out and have fun. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the owner was very responsive. Love this place!

Great place with beautiful views
We loved our stay at this place! It was comfortable and roomy. We enjoyed our time on the back or front porch in the evening and especially loved the walks on the plateau a block away! Synthia was a great hostess and very helpful when we had questions!

Best Vacation Ever!!
Beautiful, outstanding home. So much space to hang out in and get away if you need some space. My family and I were so comfortable, we didn't want to go home. This home is so close to outdoor activities. Every morning the kids went for a hike on the beautiful red rocks, then later a short walk to the park. The home is fully loaded with everything you need to relax and enjoy. The home owner is amazing, quick communications and she is so accommodating. We are already putting in the plans for our next stay here. Thank you Synthia for opening up you lovely home we truly love being here.

Spacious living with stunning views of Pine Valley Mountain located in the new phase of Dixie Springs subdivision an ideal location for anyone visiting the Southern Utah area, Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, Coral Pinks Sand Dunes, Snow Canyon and St George. Sand Hollow is quickly becoming the favored holiday location for Golfing, ATV trails beautiful walking trails, bike paths, water sports, swimming and very conveniently located to restaurants, theaters, shopping, etc.
