Beautiful cabin
This is one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed in Townsend. The cabin was very clean and had all the items our family needed to cook and serve our meals. We only had to go to the grocery store for our food. We had a wonderful visit and enjoyed our stay.

Excellent weekend away from home!
We forgot write in guest book, oops. Glad to have another chance to tell all who look to stay at the Browns cabin that it is an excellent choice. The cabin was clean and comfortable with enough space for 6 adults to gather eat and to spread out to relax. It has all the kitchen tools/appliances you will need for cooking and grilling. There were a few spices to season a steak. The DISH satellite was an unexpected plus. My young adults (son, his spouse, daughter, her boyfriend (20yr- 25yr) enjoyed the game room with pool table. The only thing I would suggest is a Keurig, which I would have bought/donated had I stayed a week. I bought coffee and filters, but there was already some opened, so I left mine unopened. It was a great get away weekend.

Beautiful, secluded house in the mountains!
We spent Thanksgiving weekend at the Brown's cabin in Townsend. It is absolutely beautiful and very secluded with gorgeous views! We had two families of 3, and the layout was perfect. Our 12 year old girls shared the loft, which they loved (and we were pleasantly surprised to find that the loft has a full bathroom). The master bedroom is on the main floor with large bathroom attached, and the third bedroom is in the walkout basement level and also has its own bathroom. It was so nice to have the complete privacy of each having our own floor! We did a lot of hiking, but actually also very much enjoyed walking around this beautiful gated community with its beautiful views (be prepared for wicked elevations - definitely will get your exercise!) We loved being in Townsend where it is so quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be back!

Great trip
We met my wife's sisters in Townsend. Mr. Brown''s cabin was perfect. It was exactly how he described it. The cabin was decorated in fall colors and was very well done. We wanted a quite place to stay, close to Cade's Cove and this was it. I hope to stay there again.
