Ford a small stream in the horseshoe bend of the road as you find your way down to the cabin, and as soon as you get settled into this beautifully decorated cabin, you will want to visit the river. Just take the private staircase down to the bank of the clear, clean, cold Little River; where the rhythmic sounds of the rushing water cascading over rocks and boulders will captivate and relax you. During the day, you can roam around the woods or dip your toes in the river, or you may decide to drive up Wear's Valley to Pigeon Forge for some shows or shopping. If you prefer, take the 'river road' up to the Sugarlands Visitors Center and turn left for Gatlinburg or right to go to Newfound Gap and beyond. Evenings can be spent sitting on the deck or in front of the fire pit with your beverage of choice and perhaps enjoying a romantic interlude at your cozy, comfortable log cabin in the woods.
