Magestic Home in Smokey Mountains
The place was well maintained, and spacious for 13 people. Accommodated well. Had a situation where the dishwasher did not work. The owner called to say they were working to replace the dishwasher and unfortunately would not have one in until after we left. She is accommodating for the inconvenience and all the paper products we had to purchase. I felt she handled the situation appropriately. Would certainly stay in the facility again. The property description was accurate, clean and good customer service. It did take two phone calls regarding the dishwasher not working. We would recommend the place to others. We utilized a lot of the restaurants, rides, Dollywood, etc. Traffic was crazy, however, it was a holiday weekend.

Main Level:
The main level features walls of glass that highlight the stunning ridge views! On this level you will find a full-size gourmet kitchen, spacious living room with a stone stacked gas fireplace, large HDTV, Sleeper sofa, dining room, half bath, and a gorgeous master suite with a king-sized mattress and en-suite bath, Jacuzzi tub, and more!
Upper Level:
On the upstairs level of Majestic Sunset Lodge, there is another beautiful log king-sized bed/master suite complete with an en-suite bathroom and a separate loft sitting area. The master bath is complete with a Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, double-sink, and more!
Lower Level:
Here, you will find the ultimate in entertainment... a theater room with a 70" flat panel TV, DVD, complete with reclining theater seats and theater decor. This beautiful game room also offers billiards and additional sitting areas so you can relax and enjoy the space with your family and friends. This level has two bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and one queen/queen log bunk bed (sleeps 4) and two full bathrooms. Step outside to enjoy complete privacy in the large hot tub with the fantastic views of the mountains.
Outdoor Area:
This private, high-end 1.7 acre estate offers unmatched privacy, mountain views, and plenty of outdoor options. The hundreds of square feet of covered decks, private gazebo, an outdoor wood burning fireplace, a huge yard, and private hot tub are guaranteed to be a highlight of your entire vacation!
