We had a girls weekend and this was the perfect place to stay! There was five of us and we had plenty of space. The place was clean and had everything we needed. It was really close to everything including Broadway Ave, Midtown, grocery store, cafe, and a few restaurants. Barb was great and always responded back right away if we had any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean and great location
We had a great time, the condo is very convenient. It was great that we could bring pet and the walking trail around the city was right next to condo.

perfect location
My sister and i had a great experience staying here, Barb helped us with questions we had. Loved the location, we were close enough to walk downtown . We enjoyed the pool area. the condo was very clean, and had everything you would need. I would definitely stay here again.

Very Clean and Convenient Condo
We had four adults stay and still felt like there was plenty of room. Short drive / cheap uber/lyft rides to The Gulch or Broadway.

Perfect Location and VERY clean!!!
My husband and I went to Nashville for the first time for a weekend trip. We loved the location and the decor was great. We cannot wait to go back and will definitely stay here again. Thanks Barb.

Newly renovated one bedroom one bath condo near downtown Nashville. Sleeps 4 or 5 with kitchen. King bed and sleeper sofa. Blow up twin mattress for an additional fee. First floor. No Stairs. Directly across from beautiful Riverfront Pool. 5 min. walk to Nashville's new ballpark. 15 minute walk to the heart of Germantown. 20 minute walk to the state Capitol buildings. 10 min cab/uber to music row. 15 min. walk to Nashville B-cycle bicycle rental at 424 3rd Ave.
