Lovely clean upstairs apartment just 15 minutes to the East of downtown Nashville. Guests have a private entrance to the apartment and a stunning view of the Cumberland river from a private deck. A landing is available in the back yard, which is great for guests to launch Kayaks! Consider this gorgeous retreat a respite from all of your Nashville, Opry, and Titan adventures. Nashville is a very diverse and inclusive community, all are welcome!
This is a super clean one bedroom one full bath private second story apartment with its own exterior stair access. The apartment has a queen temperpedic bed in the bedroom, the couch sleeps one, and a day bed with trundle that will sleep 2 additional people. Guests have access to furnished Gazebo on the river front and stair access to river landing. The kitchen is equipped with appliances, dishes, pots and pans, utensils, can opener, and a corkscrew, as well as a coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. You can easily prepare meals in this well stocked kitchen or go out and/or order take out, just please admire all of the lovely possibilities we've enabled.

Guest Access:
Guests have a private entrance with a private deck and river views. There is a gazebo shared with hosts at the edge of the river bank furnished with couches and chaise lounges that are perfect for taking in the stunning sunsets. Back yard has a fire pit and charcoal barbecue grill for guest use (grill is BYOC **bring your own charcoal**). Access to the river is a steep set of stairs to the water. Not suitable for very young children or elderly. The Cumberland river is large approximately 300 yards across in our back yard and simply beautiful. The river goes through downtown Nashville. We see The General Jackson paddle boat and barges going by daily.
We provide WiFi high speed internet Cable TV and a flat screen TV in the living room of the apartment.
Check in is a digital keypad entrance. Code changed after each visit. Our interaction with guests can be as little or as much as the guests prefer. It is up to you. We provide information on local happenings, sights, and dining establishments via typed list and local publications provided in apartment. Please feel free to ask for recommendations as well. We love to talk about our town.
Our neighborhood is a quiet area of river front homes located just 15 minutes East of all the action in downtown Nashville and 15 minutes to Opry. It is also a short ride to all of the trendy Restaurants in East Nashville. Uber and lyft rides to Downtown are convenient. The closest bus route is located about 2 miles away.
While we don't exactly put chocolates on your pillow we do leave some in a dish in the bedroom. We also provide the following luxuries:
ground coffee, sugar, sweetener packets, dry creamer stuff and 2 bottles of spring water per guest, and an arrival snack.
- dish soap, hand soap, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, bath linens, bed linens, paper products, iron, ironing board, and a hair dryer
House Rules
No pets. Absolutely no smoking in apartment. **Smokers do not throw your cigarette butts on the ground in our yard.
