Cozy 3 Bedroom 1.5 Bath, Private Home Near Airport, and Just Minutes From Downtown. This is a Pet-friendly, Kid-friendly Home That Sleeps 8 with a Fenced yard.
On the first floor of this home you will find a cozy living room with everything you need to relax, it is furnished with beautiful furniture, 48" SMART TV which allows you to connect with your Netflix, Hulu and Roku accounts.
We have a few family friendly games for your enjoyment. The livingroom is open to the kitchen, so you are able to engage with your guests while cooking. We offer a spacious kitchen complete with all the cooking supplies you will need. (pots, pans, baking supplies, dishes etc...) The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances. (flat top stove with over the range microwave, refrigerator with ice maker and dishwasher) There is also a laundry closet in the kitchen with a full size Washer/Dryer. To help save you money, we have supplied you with enough laundry soap, liquid dish soap & dish washing tabs to get you started. Dining space is limited, however we have a nice pub-style table with seating for 4. We also have TV tray tables, to be used in the living room for added table options.
The downstairs space also offers 1 bedrooms which has a beautiful queen bed with memory foam mattress and luxurious bedding. And a twin size daybed with 8" Memory foam and a nice memory foam mattress on the trundle underneath the daybed. Also has a chest of drawers, small closet & extra portable hanging rack for clothing. (due to the small closet) This bedroom can sleep up to 4. The downstairs bathroom has a tub/shower combo equipped with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, bar soap, blow dryer, toilet paper & Egyptian cotton towels. We also have a table top ironing board and iron. The backyard is fully fenced with a nice back deck with built in seating. We have a gas grill located in the storage closet out back.
Upstairs you will find a half bathroom (no shower or tub) The bedroom on your right you will find a beautiful queen size bed with high quality memory foam mattress. We have added a makeup vanity set to offer more space for the ladies to get ready to hit the town.The left side bedroom offers another beautiful queen bed with high quality memory foam mattress, chest of drawers, and plenty of room to relax.
This home has keyless entry code for your convenience. This allows you to check-in upon your arrival and not have to worry about picking up key. The code is changed for each guest. Check-in is offered no sooner than 4PM, We change and launder all sheets and towels between all reservations, so we need the full amount of time between guest to prepare the home. Some breeds are restricted due to insurance reasons so pets are approved on a case by case basis. We also require pets to be fully potty trained. Pet Fee is $100.00 and pets are limited to two.
This property is a zero lot line, meaning it is a single family home but one wall is built on the boundary line in order to maximize space. On the other side of the boundary is our other Vacation home these properties share a wall and are covered by one roof but they are two separate houses that do NOT share any interior space.
However, if you ever have a need for a space that can fit 9-16 people, both units can be rented together. (Depending on availability)
The property is located on the corner of Lakeford Dr & East Lake Dr.
The Music City- West Wings' driveway is located off of Lakeford Dr.
The Music City-East Wings' driveway is located off East Lake Dr.
Both homes have "off street parking" Each has a private driveway to park in.
SAVING YOU MONEY:
We will be supplying some basic necessities to help you keep your cost down. (For our longer term guest, will supply enough to get you started)

Paper towels, trash bags, liquid dish soap, dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent, toilet paper, bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, blow dryer, Egyptian cotton towels, wash cloths, 1800 thread count sheets on all bedding, hypoallergenic pillows and all mattresses are high quality memory foam.
There is absolutely no smoking allowed in the house. (This includes e-cigarettes and vapors) Feel free to smoke outside, but please do not litter. We need to keep the yard clean for future guest.
If your pet has been approved and is joining you on vacation, please make sure that pet waste is picked up out of the yard and disposed of. You will also be held accountable for any damage your pet may cause.
If you’re staying with us on a Thursday, we have back door trash collection service with Red River Waste Solutions, so expect someone to be emptying your trash bin sometime that day.

The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, included a full size flat top stove, over the range microwave, and full size refrigerator with ice maker. We have a gas grill located in the outside storage closet. The combo code is the same as your main door. Please turn off gas and return to the closet before leaving.

Uber and Lyft are widely available here and a great affordable way to get around the city. We also have taxi cabs & affordable public bus transit.
