We enjoyed our stay. House was newly renovated with modern design. Comfortable for 8 to stay. 20-25 minutes to downtown Nashville $18 uber ride. Neighborhood was nice.

AMAZING HOME
I planned my best friend's bachelorette party in Nashville and we stayed at this home, best decision! The house was beautiful inside and out and the location was great! The owner was very friendly and organized. I will definitely keep this house in mind next time I want to stay in Nashville.

Great home completely renovated and newly decorated for your enjoyment. Can sleep up to 12 for larger groups. Four bedrooms (1 master king with bath connected, 1 king bedroom that shares a hall bath with 1 queen bedroom. Plus 4th bedroom with 2 twin beds that shares a bath. Also a queen sleeper sofa in great room plus 2 air mattress for extras. Large living area and dining with 55' HD TV going on to a large front deck, perfect for grilling out and spending time together with family and friends. Another covered deck off of kitchen so you can grill out and enjoy outside even in the rain. Large back yard for children and pets. Located only 1 mile from Percy Priest Lake and Nashville Shores. Boat rentals available and lake beaches perfect for an afternoon swim. 10 minutes from Nashville Airport (BNA), 20 minutes to Grand Old Opry and Opry Mills. 20 minutes from downtown Nashville for fun nights and music. 20 minutes to Titans field and Predators arena. Vanderbilt is only 25 minutes drive. So much to do in Nashville. Come and see us.
