The Space
Recording studio located on Nashville's historic MUSIC ROW with CENTRAL AIR and HEAT. Use it to relax, to explore Nashville from a great location, or to write in a vibey space. Keyboard and acoustic guitar provided. Producer and #1 HIT Band available on request to record your album/demos while there. SHOWER OFF-SITE at Nashville gym. Will provide comfy new air mattresses and one memory foam futon for people.
Guest Access
3 rooms including 1 half-bathroom and high speed WiFi. 55" HDTV with local stations, HBO, Showtime, and Netflix. Also, guest access to a FULL GYM where you can shower.
Interaction with Guests
I work on the premises. I am a full-time music producer, so beyond just being your helpful guide, I can also record your tunes. :-)
The Neighborhood
Walking distance to major MUSIC ROW attractions. 2 doors down from legendary Bobby's Idle Hour! Home to many songwriter nights, an 8 hour happy hour, $2.50 beers and $4 food items. If you give enough notice I can get you on stage at that or other venues (need to hear your work first).
Just around the corner is hip Edgehill area with Edgehill Cafe, Bella Napoli, Nomzilla Sushi, Taco Mamcita and more.
Getting Around
Uber, Lyft. There is some bus transit, but from where this is located, everything is walkable.

This is a studio, not a home, so it will appeal to creatives more than a family looking for a vacation.
